Weird experience. Got a big breakfast and needed a soda refill. Everyone hangs out in the back cook area. It was like we don’t want to help customers, just hide in the back.

Not sure what the point of the drive through is when they will have you pull forward and wait no matter how small your order is, I had a $5 meal and waited over 10 minutes in the parking lot before eventually going inside to get my food.

Can't hear what the people working the drive are saying. They simply don't speak loud enough, and no, I'm not hard of hearing.

Service is horrible. It can take you 20 minutes average to get your food when it’s not even rush hour. As a fast food restaurant this food does not come to you fast at all. This McDonald’s is so slow I drive to the other one further from campus because it is way faster

The service here is just terrible. The line is wrapped around the building no matter the time of day, and can take up to 20 minutes to get your food. The employees obviously do not care about their job and half of the time cannot speak proper English. I’d also say at least 5/10 times you get food here, your order will be wrong. Just an overall management problem if you ask me.

It's incredible how they make you wait more than 20 minutes and to top it all off with a terrible attitude in this afternoon shift when we come to buy we ordered in Spanish and they became those who don't speak. Spanish only for not serving me and the majority are Hispanics, very unethical on their part, they should be kinder to customers since business depends on customers

I had two cheeseburgers and it was mold on the cheese of the second burger I was eating. I got food poisoning from this. DO. NOT. EAT. HERE.

oh hell no! Raw burger and raw nuggets. Don’t come here, it’s disgusting and they don’t care! Showed the manager ( I guess that’s who) and she just asked “you didn’t like it?” ??? I’m so grossed out. Health department needs to shut this place DOWN!!!!!

Food was about as good as you would expect. I think the manager took my order and brought my food out. Listen to her talk to customers and noticed it seemed she was pregnant and remember thinking wow what an amazing lady. Wish the were more like her. She was super polite and very professional. She had two employees on break refusing to go back to work and even though she was pregnant and from the sounds of it working multiple jobs she remained calm and professional while I was there. Lots of folks could learn from her will definitely visit again.
