Says it’s 24 hour, there were cars in the lot, the app would’ve even let me order!! Yet no one ever took my order. This is at 12:05 am. Either update your google or be open when it says!! It’s not that hard.

I ordered two happy meals and a McDouble $5 meal. Workers were very nice and calm, never felt like a burden to them. The drink machine was down so they couldn’t offer a soda, and someone had brewed the tea too watery hence my waiting on the tea. They did offer a cafe drink but as I had two toddlers, any of those wouldn’t be a good replacement. Google says it should take 7-9 minutes for McDs tea to brew. I’m not entirely sure on that but I waited far longer than I should have as I saw teas being given out to the other cars in the drive thru. I want to reiterate that the woman at the pickup window was incredibly helpful and friendly. It seemed like a lot was going on in the back that led to a hard day for everyone. The second time I went back to the window she kept apologizing because someone else was supposed to have brought it out and they never did. By the time I got the drinks and could let the kids eat our food was cold and kind of nasty. I’m not quick to anger and I know this was a one off experience and not likely to happen again, just want to make it known that the lady at the window handled it greatly. I never got her name but I wish I had so I could write it here.

I live nearby to this location and have been a faithful customer for years. Lately, I stoped using this McDonald’s location because it became frequent that my order would come out wrong. Just getting off work I thought I’ll give it another try. Never again will I make that mistake!!! I used the drive through and had a simple straight order, a double cheeseburger with large fry, and a large Coke, and a 10 piece chicken mcNuggets that was repeated back to me and could see it on the board. Get home, ready to eat and guess what? NO DOUBLE CHEESEBURGER!!!!! That I paid for, after checking the receipt. I just lost my appetite completely, and gave the rest to my dog. Make sure, I’m not looking for a freebie or anything else. Just had to vent. McDonald’s will probably never miss me and that’s okay but they want get my money any more.

The employees are ALWAYS nice and the food is ALWAYS good. But man… the restaurant is ALWAYS messy, flies are everywhere and the children’s play place is hotter than hell.

My Daughter & I went to McDonald's down 69 South on 2/16/25.Drive thru Customer Service was horrible.(not the $$ window-the food service window). Young Man at window wasn't polite at All,fries were cold had to wait over 10 minutes for fresh fries. Our sandwiches were sloppily made plus we had to ask for our beverages 2x. McDonald's yall need to do better in your hiring process. It's sad..

Worked all day, came to this location cause it's on the way home. Sat in drive thru for 10 mins, said hello a few times. No one answers. Keep in mind they're still open 45 mins til close. Soon as I drive around to leave all the staff standing in the lobby just looking at each other. Huh, they wildin. Where's the work ethic? No one takes their job seriously anymore.
Food was okay. But it took over 30 mins to get it. This location is terribly understaffed and had horrible attitudes. They locked the doors when I was sitting inside and would not let anybody else in and were saying how much of a bother dine in is with 3 tables occupied in the lobby. Will not be back to this location.

They had the doors locked at 6:17 pm and workers sitting outside with a line wrapped around the building, there has always been problems at this location, it's absolutely insane
