I ordered 2 McDoubles, one daily double, and a chicken sandwich. We got what is pictured below. The staff yelled and acted like I was interrupting them when I asked if my order was ready. The staff was cussing at eachother about an argument regarding scheduling. I have worked fast food, but that’s a poor excuse for food and service. One burger is even missing meat, it’s just sad. The app will not let us process for a refund, I would like to be contacted.

This is the worst place to eat. Every time I tried to order here, there is always something wrong or you have to wait forever to get your food. When I went through the drive thru they would let other people go ahead of me, I could understand one person going ahead but not 3 or 4. You have two lanes so you should know to go back and forth ordering.

I absolutely hate this place I only go because of my kids every time I pull up some rude black girl screens over the speaker we’re not taking any orders are either they never come to the speaker y’all want more money hour, but can’t even put ice in a cup y’all want more money an hour, but put sauce in the chicken nugget boxes instead of actual chicken nuggets y’all want more money and hour but don’t even want to take an order and get mad every time you got to take order Y’all take this kind of job because y’all know y’all can be rude and nothing will be done because it’s McDonald’s and of course almost every person there that is rude is black Who likes it and who doesn’t it’s true when everybody knows it’s true.

Staff were rude, unorganized and slow. Less than 10 customers in the establishment. We waited over 30 minutes for food, kiosk weren't working, receipts printed blank. 2nd and last visit. Same experience both times.

I very seldom go to this store and tonight's experience is why. Workers more interested in smoking Marijuana in the parking lot than doing their job. Food wasn't even edible. 20 dollars wasted. If they shut this store down and fire everyone working there I wouldn't feel a bit sorry for any of them. This is the last time for me.
Got our order completely wrong. Gave us the wrong sauces. Items were damaged. Pickles taken off of sandwich without being asked to take it off. Thrown on the sandwich. Squished. Burnt. Disgusting. If I could give a zero I would.

My fries were cold. That's like the 3rd time that's happened... And the burger was good but the nuggets tasted old or stale or something..
We stopped at 10:15 pm to place an order and all the lights were on inside and drive thru . We even checked the sign to make sure they were open in DT. When we pulled up they came on the speaker and said we are close. I said even drive thru she never answered me. Very poor service. I was a manager for 35 yrs at a McDonald's and this is totally unacceptable for McDonald's. Needs looked into.
