I placed an order on my app and went and picked it up. I went to the drive-through line which took quite some time. When I got to the window, they had to ask me what I ordered and I told them. They provided me the food and I looked in the bag for my two pies. Both were supposed to be strawberry cream and one of them said apple on the container. I handed her the apple pie to swap out for the strawberry and she said it was a strawberry just in the wrong container. Her friendliness was nonexistent. When I got home and started to eat that said strawberry pie, it indeed was an apple pie. No need to flat out lie to me. I've only been in the area a few weeks and have quickly discovered that this is the worst McDonalds that I have ever been to. The owners/management need to take a deep look at this location, especially at night. McDonalds, you can do much better!

Was no line but took forever to get service in drive through. Food was put together in a fashion that says it was all there but terribly put together. 2 Double cheese add lettuce and Mac sauce. I was missing a patty on each sandwich. Was told to take it up with corporate.

All I can say is a positive attitude makes a difference😇If you don't like your Job!! Just stay at home with the nasty attitudes!! This McDonald's is pretty craptastic. They are very slow and, even after taking all the extra time, still get my order wrong about half the time. On my last trip there, one of the buns on my cheeseburger looked like it has been sat on or driven over. Also, there is always, ALWAYS, constant beeping coming from the back. I don't know why, but I can't imagine it's a good thing. Be prepared to grab your own receipt, have to ask for your cup, and check your order before you leave the store. Oh and their tea containers are frequently empty. Why do I go there? I probably won't anymore.

Every time we have gone there in the past few months, we sit in the drive thru for 10 minutes before anyone actually takes an order.
Love this McDonald's. I always use the drove thru and the service i1s is good and the workers are courteous and very polite

The staff is rude and unfriendly. They will see you waiting at the front and won’t greet you or see if you need any assistance. Oh and please don’t ask for anything extra like condiments or extra pickles because it’s a whole attitude problem!?!

Literally every single time we go through the drive through (because of kids and hectic schedule we go twice a week) they either forget to provide 1 of our items or they have the item in there NOT the way we ordered it. You are saying, "every time?" ....YES!! EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. We now check our order BEFORE we leave the window. Last week, it took them 3 attempts to provide a double cheeseburger with NO pickle and extra onion.

I recently moved to this area, I have ordered at least 20 times from this McDonalds(Rice Mine). With my food, I always order a large Iced Coffee with my order, Caramel add sugar, cream and hazelnut. They say they're out of hazelnut every time. I didn't taste Caramel the first few times, I started ordering French Vanilla add hazelnut instead, still no hazelnut. The drive thru workers say nothing and hand it to me as if it were complete. Why is this store out of hazelnut for this long?
