Came through the drive through at 1130 this morning to pick up a simple mobile order.. I repeated myself 4 times, but after the woman asking for my mobile order number couldn’t hear me, I just drove up to the first window where I would’ve picked up anyways. This woman proceeds to come up from the first window and scream at me & make a huge deal because I “drove right past her.” I am also 8 months pregnant. Seems like extreme unnecessary behavior over an order of chicken nuggets, I suggest hiring someone who doesn’t get so worked up and harasses people through the drive through over something so simple.

Ordered double fries with happy meal and did not receive but one. Orders get mixed up sometimes.
Was given a large water, as ordered, but when I went to drink from it I realized it was only filled at the bottom and the ice was already melted inside of it. Clearly they handed me a workers already drank from cup of water, as it was almost empty with melted ice. Absolutely disgusting, will be saving both receipt and cup as this is potentially life threatening, given I have no clue what else could be in this cup besides water and unfortunately took a sip of the cup prior to realizing.
As someone who works in food service how this can even happen is ridiculous! Absolutely disgusting! Will be contacting McDonalds customer service to make sure this matter is dealt with.
