Please train your employees to let the customer know when they get charged extra for things. I went in for the Moe Value meal and paid an extra $2.50 for steak and didn’t know until I was paying. Your employee looked at me stupid but never said a word about it.

We ordered 4 burritos over Uber Eats and paid full price and we just received 2 burritos and one chips as well as the service wasn’t helpful with helping and not doing two more and the burritos were not good and no meat and just tomato’s and stuff not even rice was in there.

Food was delicious hot and on point, but they were slow at giving you your food and the line was very long but other than that the food was really amazing

I ordered on the app at 4:45pm for a 5:45 pm pick up. When my partner arrived at 5:45 for pickup the order was not ready. Although they were busy the order was not ready until after 6pm, which i understood as they were busy and if that was the only issue with my order it would still be 5 stars. That is not the case though. I ordered a stack with chicken, cilantro lime rice, black beans, roasted corn, queso, pico de gallo, lettuce and cilantro. However that was not what was on the stack they made. It only had chicken, the regular seasoned rice, black beans and corn. No queso in the item (i did order an additional side but it was supposed to have queso on it) and none of the fresh toppings requested.

Additionally i ordered the spicy red salsa and not sure when they made it or how long its been out but it tastes fermented and like alcohol.

Great service by the workers, especially John! Love the chips and queso!

Skimped on everything. No Moe’s Monday. Expensive still.

I got a burrito and they gave me a quesadilla, pure laziness, couldn’t even roll a tortilla.

Before i go to any restaurant, i google the hours to make sure i’m not wasting my gas and time. Today 7/25/24 the store was supposed to close at midnight. It states that online and on the door at Moes, just for them to tell me they’re closed. All i’m saying is update your hours because this is false advertisement.

Very skimpy with the meat they give you. I went today for the second time hopping it would be better, but I think it was actually an even smaller portion of meat, than the first time. Almost $10 down the drain. I do not recommend this place and I will not be back, thanks.

Employees were very rude and had terrible attitudes. I order a bowl with chicken and the employee gave me a very small portion of chicken. I then asked for more and was charge extra. I got chips as well and they very cold and stale. I informed the employees and asked for fresh chips and they said the chips all will taste the same. They then proceeded to give the customer after me fresh chips from the machine. I’ve never encountered employees with such terrible attitudes.

I always say I like Moe's better than Chipotle, but every time I go it's dirty. Tables, counters at drinks are sticky, drink machines are dirty and have layers of dust visible, flies around the food, and this time flies were visibly landing in both the onions and queso. Service is also usually slow and not very friendly. POS was very slow.

This seems like issues that would be easy to address. I like the food better, but I'm about to be switching to Chipotle, because these issues just never improve.
