Absolutely terrible service. Ordered and online order at 7 pm and it said it would be ready at 7:20. I sat and waited till 7:40 then eventually just got in line and made them make my ONLINE ORDER. None of the workers are doing anything and they don’t care. They are just ready to go home.

I'm originally from Florida, where we have tons of Moe's, but now I live somewhere where we don't, so I was so excited to go to Moe's in Tuscaloosa! However, it was such a let down. No one yelled "Welcome to Moe's!" (maybe that's not a thing anymore?) and when I ordered a quesadilla, they said "we're not doing quesadillas right now," even though two people in front of me had just ordered them and there were two on the grill. The chips were also stale. I was so sad!

They have gotten way better service but they never fill up the quest cup all the way. It is really annoying when I order takeout and come home to the cup half full.

Ordered two tacos with some queso. Upon asking for chicken two quarter sized pieces were placed on the tortilla. We asked for a little more and was assured that was no problem. A faint drizzle of queso was then placed on the tortillas. Upon asking for a little more we were met with the same answer. When getting to the register the 3.49 per taco turned into a 30$ lunch for one. Four charges for queso and each taco coming out to be 8$ each. When asked about this the person at the register got hostile and told us we should have read the menu better. We had no choice but to pay this because everything had already been made and we were hungry. A lack of customer service as well as adding prices to the total bill without informing the customer what so ever is inexcusable. My friends and I alike will never be back.

I’ve been to Moe’s a handful of times since 2021. The crew has always exceeded my expectations by keeping everything so neat and organized I would almost say it’s perfect. They are incredibly welcoming, efficient, and driven to create a positive experience for everyone. The food is delicious and compares to that of Taco Casa except the atmosphere and crew are a lot more enjoyable with open colors and lively teammates who want to get the job done exceptionally well. I highly recommend MOE’s.

Never fundraise here. The workers did not keep track of any orders pertaining to my group. They refused to pay what was raised and were very rude. Only ended up giving us less than $20 for the whole time. My group is willing to submit proof of how many people physically went and got moes with time and date stamps (we require pictures for attendance) but it would not be accepted. Huge scam
