HELLO!! I am a transplant here in Tuscaloosa, and I have a set few restaurants that I go to exclusively on my lunch break. Mr. Chens is one of my favorites out of that group, so I want to give them every shout out! Today, I went around my typical lunch time and they got slammed with a large party that was unexpected. From what I overheard, they were waiting for another large party as well. I want to shout out my waitress and the rest of the team because, even in the chaos, they were diligent to give me great service as they always do. Keep up the great work!!!

Me and my friends go here at least once a week and we absolutely love it! We always get the house style braised tofu and the salted crispy chicken, HIGHLY recommend both of these dishes. The spicy stir fried beef is also incredible. All the servers are super chill so be nice to them!

The food here is consistently great, but the good service isn't consistent. On more than half of my visits, I've received purposeful and thorough service. On the other few visits the server seemed to wanted me in and out with the quickness. The service of the servers needs some works and be more consistent.
