I can’t really confirm the atmosphere since I ordered through DoorDash, but I will say that the food was delicious. I did a pick 2 half sandwich half salad. I got a Caesar salad that was great with loaded potato soup. They delivered to my hotel within 35 minutes, my soup was still hot and separated from the salad. There’s nothing worse than having your salad warm because they packed it all together. That was not the case here. I also got a toasted piece of French bread. It was perfect after a long day.

The atmosphere is nice but the staff were a bit unfriendly, unprofessional and unhelpful. Food tasted good but the amount you get for the price wasn't balanced. Too expensive.

This particular Newks is awful, the worst food, it must have been a old pizza place at one time, nothing nice about it. We have been to many Newks , this one never again.

I hardly recognize this place After not eating at a Newl's for several years after moving out of their area, I went to one while traveling. Gone are the pickles and peppers on a self-serve bar. Gone, my favorite pizza. The chicken on my favorite salad is a rubbery mess. The dining room is unkempt as the employees gossip and chat. Dramatically higher prices with dramatically poorer quality.

Customer service and placing order was great but meat seem RAW I know what cooked roast beef look like I don’t know if that’s how they cook their meet medium rare/rare … I don’t know was very disappointed and was very hungry had just got off work and made it all the back home just to see this 🤦🏽♀️

My family and I were happily greeted upon entering the restaurant. It’s very clean with a positive vibes. The Cobb salad, the Newk Club sandwich and pepperoni pizza tasted great. We definitely plan to return on our next visit to Tuscaloosa. Thank you!

We ordered the day before on line and everything was perfect but the next day we went in to order. Placed the same order but couldn't order a half sandwich with sun chips (exactly what I got the day before) my daughter tried to order the same thing and couldn't. I received my receipt but no way to scan for my points, you have to see a manager. Would be easier on the customer if it was on the receipt, especially when they are trying to get food to other family members their food before a concert. On line it says they open at 10:30, we were there at 10:30 and they didn't open until 10:50.
