Nothing Bundt Cakes

The store smelled amazing upon entering! My son and daughter said the Red Velvet cake I bought for my son's birthday is excellent! Will be a repeat customer for sure!

Picked up a birthday cake for my son. I have bought a cake there before in the past with no issues. The cake is wrapped in plastic wrap because I didn’t see an option to get a cake box or add a box. I asked the girl at the front could I get a box and was the box free or an additional charge. I would have paid for the box. She asked what size I needed but when she went to the back she came back 3 seconds later and said “I can’t give you that.” No explanation or anything. If that’s against policy to give a box I understand but the message could have been delivered better. I didn’t think asking for a box would be an issue after you’ve bought a whole cake. It was bad customer service in my opinion. Won’t be buying future birthdays cakes here. Side note: when I bought a birthday cake in the past that came in plastic wrap I asked for a box and was given one that’s why I asked.

So very grateful for this store! I live out of town and was trying to send a treat to a friend. Even when I entered the delivery address incorrectly, when I called with the correct address, they successfully delivered the cake! They made sure our friend got a sweet treat while she was going through a very hard time, and it made all the difference. Thank you for going above and beyond today, Nothing Bundt Cakes Tuscaloosa! Special shoutout to Kiki for talking with me on the phone multiple times today and personally ensuring the cake was delivered. I am so thankful for you and your commitment to sharing the joy!

The cakes are super tasty. There are some employees that are fairly nice but half of them are dismissive are passive aggressive or rude.

My son birthday on Easter.He picked up today. I called they made his day amazing. I request can someone give him a hug love mom. And they did. My heart is so happy . The ladies go above and beyond. I would strongly recommend them for away moms.

We love nothing bundt cakes Bundtlets! They are so good! Carrot is wonderful! Just the right size for a one person snack. 2nd time we have been in this store and the lady that helped us was very nice! Good location around lots of things.
