Yuck. I was Christmas shopping with my parents from out of town and my mom got her rice and there was literally a roach in it!! How can you serve food with a bug in it!? So nasty. Doesn’t the health department inspect these places!?

We have been eating from Otoro weekly, since they opened!. My daughter prefers the Teriyaki Chicken, (and she’s a very picky eater)… My son enjoys the shrimp, and I love their fillet mignon. The prices are very reasonable, in comparison to other hibachi places in town, and the portions are generous!
Worst food I’ve had in my entire life, the chicken isn’t chicken and the steak is equivalent to a tire. They don’t speak english’s and they’ll get ur order completely wrong. This place should be closed down effective immediately.

I had to drive all the way back to the mall, just to be treated with poor customer service.These people don't have any customer service, just want your money. I am not eating here again. The steak tastes like gum on the bottom side of a McDonald’s table. The service was tough to say the least, it took multiple attempts for the workers to understand me. I threw out the meal after 6 bites, I’m a broke college student and still could suck it up enough to finish this meal. I will be going to bed hungry rather than eating that. Do better.
