Literally best experience with my little family! I have a 3 month old and this was our first nice dinner out. Deja was kind and patient with us and was soo polite to my little one. I'm so glad we chose to come here!

We were offered a table in the bar area and asked to be elsewhere. Request was happily granted. We seated immediately, and our drink order was taken immediately. The room was a bit cool, but that is preferred to being a bit warm! Our server was attentive and friendly, although we did have to ask twice for sauces. The three steaks were each prepared exactly as ordered, were served hot, and tasted exceptionally yummy!! The food was fresh. The environment was pleasant, not too loud. Definitely one of the high points on a long trip away from home!

Delicious food. I always recommend our original bloomin onion of our new boomerang mozzarella sticks. It can be a little chilly so bring a jacket. Ask for Maddie when you come in :)

Called and asked for 8pm reservation for valentines. Hostess asked our name and said ok. Got there with lots of angry people in line. Hostess had assuming manager with her and told us an hour wait and that they do not take reservations. Had a young child and had to leave to get him food.

I was back at a favorite restaurant tonight. This Outback does everything to make sure they take care of their customers. Today was Kirsten C’s first day at this location, but not her first day as a wonderful server at Outback. She transferred here from another area, and she’s an excellent addition to the already great staff here!! She gave me plenty of time to decide what I wanted and checked on Me often to see if I was ready. She answered lots of menu questions for me. Finally o placed my order, it came out perfect and absolutely delicious!! Somehow I always take home more than I eat and she brought the containers I needed. I didn’t have to ask twice for anything here tonight!! That’s service!! I had their new chopped steak and highly recommend it! I had the sauce on the side and while the sauce was good, that chopped steak was expertly seasoned and moist and delicious….even cooked well done!! You guys showed out tonight!! I see why you’ve become one of my favorite places to eat. Thank you Kirsten, welcome to Tuscaloosa and best of luck as you begin your life in our beautiful city. Definitely 5 stars tonight, great job!! it was as if I were dining in a 5-star restaurant,

The , only reason I gave the service 5 stars is because the manger Dana is absolutely a fantastic person. I did a review before and she made sure I was taken care of. Without her this place in my opinion would be closed. If I could give Dana 10 stars I would. But, the food someone needs more training, my wings the inside of them wasn't done enough, the bones were bruised and I ordered a large Cobb salad with grill chicken,got 5 small pieces of chicken mostly lettuce for $16.99 then I upgraded my side item with my wings to blue cheese salad.. again just mostly lettuce for $2.99 upgrade. I will not be back ... I thank Dana for taking care of me before she rocks very concerned manger..needs a raise.. but the food not up to par.
