Tried to come here to eat but there were handwritten signs posted up everywhere saying 45 min wait, so I bounced

Why this location so dirty ALL THE TIME!!! It may be okay that everything here is so old and need to be replaced or repair, but why so dirty!! Please do something about it!!

We did a pickup order which was ready promptly. They forgot one of our soups, but got it ready immediately when I pointed it out. Food was excellent.

I use my sip club while traveling and it's a wonderful convenience so I'm happy to have that from Panera! As for the people of the area, I found Tuscaloosa to be unfriendly and snobby, especially of the group of women in their 40s-60s. Why so rude and snobby? What happened to Southern hospitality here like in other southern states? No desire to revisit Tuscaloosa.

I ordered broccoli soup, it tased good with the baguette bread. Also ordered a grilled cheese. It was just baked cheese toast. Service was okay. Not particularly my favorite.
