Waited over an hour and the food still hadn’t arrived. When it arrived, the order was wrong.

Panera Bread is a solid spot for a quick healthy meal. The food is fresh, and the service is friendly, but I have to dock a star because several tables were dirty, which made it hard to find a clean spot to sit. Overall, still a good experience, but they could step up the cleanliness a bit.

Dirty tables but there was nobody in the place .Dirty dishes .No bread bowls made for soup .

We went here on Black Friday 2024 for lunch. Terrible experience. The fellow at the front counter looked like he didn’t want to be there and mumbled his way through our questions and order. Then the cooking staff messed up our ticket and we had to wait twice as long for our meals that lacked an accompanying baguette because they were all out. (Of course they didn’t tell us this beforehand.) Our food was cold to boot. We had difficulty finding a place to sit because the tables were full of dirty dishes and used napkins. The floors teemed with the mashed remains of other people’s lunches.

To the manager of this establishment: hire workers who take a little bit of pride in their duties!

This location was so dirty tonight it was really gross. The restaurant was not busy but the ordering monitor was caked with grime, the floor was greasy and littered, it was very hard to find a table that had been cleaned properly. We nearly left without eating.

Touch screens were very dirty. No one greeted me. And the lady in kitchen currently has her music blaring through her cell phone. Older r&b that’s like, “I should’ve told you I loved you but we were only teenagers.” People are in here trying to enjoy their experience and read books. Her music is obnoxious and disturbing the peace in this settings. This atmosphere is supposed to be somewhat relaxing- not ghetto. Also Another kitchen worker is back there right now throwing F bombs about , “f that.. supposed to be in orientation.” I’m sitting here waiting on my food as I write this but I can’t enjoy it because of the annoying music and kitchen workers. It would be different if they were in a private kitchen. This is a restaurant. Please find more decent workers

Waited 51 minutes for a soup and salad

The guy at the register said he had to sell me yesterday’s cookies until they ran out. I needed an order of three dozen for an office but don’t want to take them day old cookies so had to go somewhere else.

Food was great . Came out quick .. however the dining area needs a lot of attention. Trash full dishes have not been taken away condiment area needs stocked as well as napkins. This was at 215 pm on October 30 2024. It was not busy so I think this was just no one wanted to deal with it..

Don't use them for delivery!! Just got our order and they left out the main thing we wanted, which is now out of stock, and the bag smelled horribly of cigarette smoke! I will not be ordering from them again.

The portions of food were unusually small. Half a scoop of mac & cheese for me and a singular slice of avocado in my salad. The person I was with got 4 pieces of fruit in the fruit cup and barely any salad dressing. When we asked the person at the counter for our side of bread that was missed - they were rude. I have no beef with the atmosphere. Panera is usually better and more consistent than this, so, overall, a disappointing trip.

Really great well cleaned Panera location . Food was fast service was great. But they were out of bagels. Which is crazy for panera.
