I’ve always had great experiences at this Papa John’s location, for both family meal orders and for large quantity catering orders for University events. Highly recommend for student events, great experience when I was in charge of catering for 100+ students. Very friendly and helpful staff, food always high quality.

I preordered using the app at 6 pm for delivery at 7:30 pm. I called for the 3rd time at 8:45 pm, still no pizzas. The lady told me at 8:15 pm that I was first on the list to go out. So when I called at 8:25, they kept me on hold for 20 minutes. I stayed on just to see… I hung up and called back. The lady said the order was out. I said I want a full refund. I guess we will see if they do it. She said she would refund me after they bring the pizzas back. Anybody believe that?

I usually don’t leave reviews, but I would’ve left zero stars if possible
In short, we had a problem with our order supposedly the wrong address was given We called the store three times to follow up on our order around the provided delivery time . They just kept saying it was out for delivery. We were finally contacted three hours Later at 2 AM
Needless to say, we were not looking for a pizza at that time
Both conversations with the store manager got heated on her end first and ended up with her hanging up on multiple people
Anyway, good luck it’s hard to find food in Tuscaloosa on a game night, but this one will definitely not be visited by us.

Nasty attitude and slightly hostile manager. The way she spoke to her employees explained the cashier's attitude. Horribly awkward for customers standing there hearing every abusive word she says to the poor hardworking crew. Never coming back.

Ordered pizza to be delivered, and they called me back to state that they don't deliver to my apartment complex. Only 2 miles away. Then, when I came to pick up the order, they didn't want to remove the $4.99 delivery fee or the $5.49 tip. I told them to cancel the order, and only then, did they remove the delivery fee and tip. Ill never order from this location again.
