Very un professional management call me after a review I posted wanting to go back and forth then he said I’m going to put u where u can’t order from there again I said that’s fine and hung up he called me back His door dash driver stole my wings and opened my food up I have to wait to get my money back I told him i placed my order with papa John’s not door dash I have text where the driver lied and said she dropped my food off then she text and said she needed my address make it make sense

Order was wrong, charged me for extra sauces that they didn’t provide, and when I called and spoke with the manager; he not only kept cutting me off as I was speaking, he also proceeded to blame my husband for the order being wrong. Absolutely ridiculous and appalling at the way that manager behaved. Unprofessional. Just own the mistakes, make it right and move on - not place blame on someone who doesn’t even work there. I paid $50 for 2 pizzas and the order was wrong… yeah, I’m never going back here and advise all stay away too. Find a different papa John’s. Ridiculous. Do better.

I ordered an order on DoorDash 40 minutes before they closed and never got my food. My DoorDash driver called me and told me that they wouldnt open the door for her as well as when I called the store they told me that the order was put in too late and that they canceled the order though I submitted my order at 11:21 and it was confirmed at 11:22 and they close at 12

WORST in town. DO NOT go here! Below one star. ORDERED HERE 3 times over span of 10 years, and each time was HORRIBLE. THESE thugs didn't even let the cheese on the Pizza cook on TWO of the OCCASIONS!
ON one occasion, I was getting work done to house, and had to stay in hotel. THE HOTEL ISNT EVEN A MILE FROM STORE! HOW COME MY FOOD WAS COLD when I get it! a $50 order! IT took almost 2 hours to get to me. ON TOP OF THIS THE PIZZA HAD EITHER BEEN DROPPED OR EATEN!
AND THE MANAGER HAD THE NERVE TO GET RUDE WITH ME!
IF I WASNT ON PAROLE, THEY WOULDVE ALREADY BEEN GREASED.
DONT GO HERE, AT ALL... SAVE YOURSELF AN ASSAULT CHARGE
Parking: parking is sufficient, but after one time here, you may be in jail for assault!

I ordered on the website, I guess wires got crossed and my food was delivered to the wrong address, I call the store manager and he was PHENOMENAL! He remade my order and sent it to the correct address, the food was for my kids and I can’t thank him enough for making this right, I didn’t catch his name but give him a raise please!

Hamburger pizza had very little if any meat and only the 3 inch center of large pizza with sauce and only pickles. There was a 3 inch boarder with nothing but yellow cheese and very little of that. This used to be my favorite pizza but never again
I ordered my pizza online, my order was ready as soon as I ordered. My pizza was cold, not hot. I wondered if they gave me someone else's pizza.

The manager who was working at 5 pm on 3/10/24 should be fired where do you find these clowns at? Rude desrepectful just a sneeze tried to get my food instead I was told go F myself....why is there no common senseAnymore? You can see that hiring peaple like this is exhausting to the once loyal custermor. I'm done I could say more ,but y'all won't listen to reason cause you keep hiring these peaple who have nothing but being bully experience. For crying out loud it's just food and you lost another loyal customer

We ordered Poppa Johns while out of town and somehow the order ended up going back to our local Poppa Johns location (this store). I contacted the store to let them know what happened. I had paid for the pizza online, so I figured I'd be out the cost of pizza that I wouldn't get. The store manager was so understanding and refunded my money!!! I'm sure it was a mistake I made on the app while ordering, but they didn't question it! I was sooo impressed and I'm so glad to be a regular customer of this location!!!
