This is the worst experience I've ever had with a Papa John's. As I'm writing this, I've still not received my order. I called the store and got hung up on TWICE! The manager was rude and honestly I wish I would've opted for a refund. I hope for this particular store's sake my food isn't tampered with.

I ordered a pizza from this location the other night for my employees and i instructed the driver to hand me the order on the delivery instructions. I received one phone call and wasn’t able to answer it but immediately started to walk to the front and there was no sight of the driver. I looked on the status and it was marked as “delivered.” I called the store and spoke with the manager and he explained the store was about to close and the driver is already home for the night. He explained he would refund the order and give me two complimentary pizza and have the name set aside for the issue. I called to redeem that tonight spoke with a woman and she said it’s either a refund or replacement and would not honor what was promised to me since they dropped the ball. I will not be doing business again with them.

I just placed an order through the papa John’s app as I’ve always have. I accident clicked cash while actually trying to use my card as payment. I called the store they let the phone ring over and over. I called several times before they actually answered the phone. I completely understand being short staffed , but they answered the phone as if i was a bother. I checked the status of my order through the app which routed me to DoorDash so i paid for it with my card through there. Then there was no update on anyone picking up my order after that. I called again a lady answered the phone ( they didn’t say hey thank you for calling papa John’s then their name), but she answered and quickly placed me on hold. A guys come back to the phone i proceed to explain in full detail what i was needing assistance with. He proceeds to say with attitude “ well ma’am what’s your issue” . I only called for an update on my order. They just called me back and proceeded to tell me no one has come to pick my order up and they could void it out and i resubmit it . I asked would i receive my money back considering i paid for it with my card, he tells me no or they could just wait for someone to come and get my order. I proceeded to ask if they expected me to take cold food if they had no idea when someone would come and get it. Luckily someone pulled up to get it. That by far was the worst customer service experience I have ever experienced .

Very un professional management call me after a review I posted wanting to go back and forth then he said I’m going to put u where u can’t order from there again I said that’s fine and hung up he called me back His door dash driver stole my wings and opened my food up I have to wait to get my money back I told him i placed my order with papa John’s not door dash I have text where the driver lied and said she dropped my food off then she text and said she needed my address make it make sense

Order was wrong, charged me for extra sauces that they didn’t provide, and when I called and spoke with the manager; he not only kept cutting me off as I was speaking, he also proceeded to blame my husband for the order being wrong. Absolutely ridiculous and appalling at the way that manager behaved. Unprofessional. Just own the mistakes, make it right and move on - not place blame on someone who doesn’t even work there. I paid $50 for 2 pizzas and the order was wrong… yeah, I’m never going back here and advise all stay away too. Find a different papa John’s. Ridiculous. Do better.

I ordered an order on DoorDash 40 minutes before they closed and never got my food. My DoorDash driver called me and told me that they wouldnt open the door for her as well as when I called the store they told me that the order was put in too late and that they canceled the order though I submitted my order at 11:21 and it was confirmed at 11:22 and they close at 12
The Guy in there was very understanding and made sure your satisfied with your purchase .. Looking forward to spending at this establishment in the near future

ON one occasion, I was getting work done to house, and had to stay in hotel. THE HOTEL ISNT EVEN A MILE FROM STORE! HOW COME MY FOOD WAS COLD when I get it! a $50 order! IT took almost 2 hours to get to me. ON TOP OF THIS THE PIZZA HAD EITHER BEEN DROPPED OR EATEN!
AND THE MANAGER HAD THE NERVE TO GET RUDE WITH ME!
IF I WASNT ON PAROLE, THEY WOULDVE ALREADY BEEN GREASED.
DONT GO HERE, AT ALL... SAVE YOURSELF AN ASSAULT CHARGE

I ordered on the website, I guess wires got crossed and my food was delivered to the wrong address, I call the store manager and he was PHENOMENAL! He remade my order and sent it to the correct address, the food was for my kids and I can’t thank him enough for making this right, I didn’t catch his name but give him a raise please!
