The food is delicious; however, the last three times I have ordered pizza for delivery from this location, the service was very poor. The first of three times, the food was two hours late and very cold (third party delivery service), the second time, they lost the order altogether (this was a pickup order since the previous delivery order took so long) and when I showed them the screenshot of where they confirmed the order, they did not offer to make it right. This last time, they offered a coupon so decided to give them one more chance and they were 45 minutes late and the pizza was cold (the store is 10 minutes away and this time it was a Pizza Hut employee that delivered it). I cannot recommend this location unless you order it at least an hour (maybe more) before you are ready to eat.

Ordered two thin crust pizzas online.One cheese and one pepperoni. Arrived a little early. Was told it’ll be 3 more minutes on my second pizza. No problem. Ended up waiting an extra 15 minutes just to be told they accidentally did double pepperoni. They apologized and offered to remake it but didn’t want to wait another 15 minutes. Also, they are terrible with DoorDash orders.

Pizza was fine. Ordered over the phone at 6:50pm, they said it would be 15-20 min. Arrived at 7:10pm, unfortunately I paid when I got there, finally got my 2 pizzas at 8:30pm.

The experience tonight was absolutely horrible. I ordered a big dinner box at 8:07 pm and received email confirmation the order would be ready by 827 well I arrived about 845 to a long drive thru line and overcrowded store literally waited an hour and finally my mom went inside twice to nobody knowing when my order would be ready finally make it to the drive thru window only to be asked did anyone reach out to me bc they have no big dinner box dough and if I wanted to cancel and my answer was no I have kids to feed and unless it refunds my money tonight no well whomever the cook was ig agreed to fix the 3 pizzas I ordered I didn't receive food until 1030 pm only for it to be overcooked and charged extra for pizzas that were missing toppings I paid for but funny since they were closing all the workers had boxes of food maybe that's why yall ran out. Super disappointed 2 hrs for something just thrown together but taking another break bc they are becoming the old pizza hut that got shut down all over again.

I did a call in order, said it would be ready in 15 to 20 minutes. Went to pick it up, stood at counter for several minutes, was ignored. Finally a worker asked for my name, sat and waited probably another 20 to 30 minutes, observed none of the workers handing the pizzas were Not wearing food gloves. Finally they said my order was ready, got home, it was nothing that I ordered!!! I guess I got someone s else order and they got mine, will not go back to this pizza hut!!!!

Could quite possibly be the worst Pizza Hut service in the United States. Absolutely terrible service - probably not the workers faults - extremely understaffed. Called ahead at 6:14 pm, pizza supposed to be ready in 25 min and I’m writing this review at 7:08 pm and it’s not ready still.

I paid for cinnamon bread and an extra icing. Both containers together LITERALLY would not have filled HALF a single one. There was less than 1/4 of the container’s worth of icing in each! Plus, if I had not known it was “cinnamon” sticks, I would have thought I got regular bread sticks with some sort of syrupy liquid spread over SOME of the top! The container of marinara sauce had a LITTLE more in it, but it was still only about half full. This makes me think that this is probably standard practice than an oversight.

And bottom line, none of the food was that good. The bread sticks and the “pan” pizza were both way overcooked. I’m not sure it actually was a “pan” pizza. The crust was a little thicker at the edge, but it didn’t have that “pan” edge that I expected. I’ve already mentioned the poor quality of the cinnamon sticks.

Also, the mobile app was a royal PAIN to use! And my points for my one previous order were not awarded to my account. Shows up on the “order,” tab, but not on the “rewards “ tab.

They had a slightly better “deal,” on, but I have a Domino’s way closer to home. I will go back to using it.
