We ordered two plates of calamari as appetizers and both were drastically over salted. Our first order of Caesar salad was completely soaked with dressing and liquid, the second ended up being the exact same way and we determined they were pre-frozen before being served. The steaks were also over salted. The asparagus side was the only thing of our entire table that was not overly salty. We ran through the water to compensate for the foods taste. overall I would say it was a piss...
DO NOT order the dry aged Delmonico. I’m pretty sure it was horse. It is definitely not dry aged. It was the toughest steak I’ve ever been served. Shame on them. Actually the whole meal was terrible. Waiter was great.
Dillard's Chophouse is easily the best restaurant in Tuscaloosa! We recently went for a 9:30 PM reservation after a 6:00 PM Alabama vs WKU kickoff; we left in the 3rd quarter and arrived at 9:15 PM. We were the last table seated; 45 minutes later, the restaurant officially closed at 10:00 PM, near the end of the Alabama football game. On an Alabama football Saturday.
