Fast and friendly service, even though it was beyond busy from a Football near by!!!

this store is on the University of campus near the housing area. It is not in a standalone picture like the Google review page says. You go in and there is all the students. They do not take cash. It is a good quality, canes location, and we will be back even though we are not college kids hopefully one day they will put a new canes in Birmingham on Highway 280..

Service is unbelievable slow i have been waiting for my food for 40 minuets

Chicken was good, fries were a bit undercooked but overall it was tasty! Definitely ask for the fries and chicken a little well done and I think it would’ve gotten 5 stars!

I had their chicken finger sandwich combo and my my my it’s off the chain!! One of the best chicken finger spot in Tuscaloosa.

This is was the second time going to a raising canes and it was very disappointing. No ware neer the quality of food as the location in Daytona Beach. The tenders were half the size and not as tender or juicy, the fries were unsalted and under cooked. Shoot the best part of the meal was the bread and even that was smaller. I was all about raising canes after my first visit to the Daytona location. But this experience was lacking greatly. Definitely won't eat at this location again.

Placed an order that took 1.5 hours. 25 people walked in AFTER me and all got their food BEFOEE me. I finally got it 30 minutes after everyone else got theirs. Was told they were only “15 minutes late”. Crazy. Only one helpful person

Slowest place in Tuscaloosa. Any McDonald’s service is better than this Canes location. They don’t care and move at the pace of sloths. Ridiculous. Hire better staff.

It’s a campus spot & it’s noticeable too. The food was bland; all of it: tenders, toast, yes, toast and especially the fries but that may be a Raising Canes thing altogether. Customer service was no issue.
