The food was amazing! The service seemed a little distracted and the table next to us was quite obnoxious and very loud. We were there for an 90 minutes which was 1/3 longer than we should have. Overall, we would certainly go back for the food. Maybe everything else was having an off night (06/21 4:30pm walk in)
This was simply put the BEST restaurant experience I have EVER had! Even when we first walked in, just amazing genuine customer service. Once our party was sat it was only up from there. Not only were the drinks literally amazing the food was to die for. Literally everything we ordered from appetizers to entrees was so fresh so flavorful and hot! River sources local ingredients to elevate classic offerings (make sure to grab some Undeground Forest mushroom tacos!), and their servers were knowledgeable and kind! Their homemade oatmeal crème pies are a sleeper candidate for the best menu item, but a steak with maitre d’ butter steals the show.
