Came in for a lite lunch and the waitress was very rude. Asked me what I wanted to drink but told me they had no cocktails. Had no intentions of getting a cocktail. Very rude. Took forever for her to come take our order and showed no good customer service…Not even busy…. Been here several times and never had someone as such!! Didn’t get her name but she has blk hair with streaks of gray hair in the front.

We came in on a concert night with a big group of starving kids. Skyler, the manager, made sure that the four kids in our group were happy by recommending custom rolls and helping them find exactly what they wanted. Everyone left full and happy. She checked in on us and took care of everyone. Definitely recommend!!!

Skylar was our server/waitress today for lunch. As always, she was phenomenal. They were out of the normal lettuce for the ginger salad, but she made one with a spring mix and it was great also. We had 2 VIP rolls and Punk Rock roll. 🤌🤌🤌 We'll definitely be back, and looking for Skylar!

Had an amazing dinner, my sushi was cooked to perfection, literally! And it was ready fast. My server Lily was exceptional! Very polite and friendly. She brought my salad right on out and my VIP Roll once it was ready. Even gave me great gardening tips from her aunt the Master Gardener! Great overall experience my first time back in some months. I have zero complaints!

Sierra was very sweet and energetic, and the food was full of flavor. The lunch menu has some great options.

We had the best experience at rock n roll sushi. Our waitress was Skylar and she was super sweet and attentive. The food was 10/10.. so good!

Unfortunately this place has really gone downhill. The fried rice was mushy and inedible, the rolls have shrunk, and overall just taste different and not as good. And the crab pieces were not cooked well. I normally love this place but they’ve seemed to change everything about the food so I will not be returning.

I eat at RnR Sushi in most cities I travel to for work. Always a cool vibe. This is the first one I’ve been to where the team is unfriendly, unwelcoming, just not cool. I’ll go again for sure. But not this one.

Sky was awesome and such a joy to have! We had an awesome time and would definitely come back.

Dietary restrictions: I’m allergic to onions and they made the hibachi without them! I was so thankful

The sweet tea was excellent and the service was good. However, the food was without question, the worst Japanese/sushi I have ever eaten. I would say gas station sushi is better, but that would just be insulting to gas station sushi. The only thing edible was the miso soup I suppose, as that was clearly just the instant packets you would purchase from your local Walmart or Publix. The table ordered five rolls, none of which I would claim as edible. The location was kind of dirty and the prices were very high. Particularly given the fact the only person I'd recommend this place to would actually be my worst enemy, because I hate them and they are my worst enemy. I can not advise you enough to avoid this place like the COVID research center in Wuhan, China. Nothing good will come from visiting either.

This was the worst experience I have ever had in a restaurant. We walked in and seated ourselves as the sign indicated to do. Multiple booths were empty but covered in food so we chose a high top table. We were ignored for a long time. Finally we ordered and the sushi appetizer came out but then it was over an hour before we got our food. It finally came and it was cold. People were waiting an hour for to go orders. We were told the Hibachi was backed up. Why not tell people ordering to go that you are too busy or tell people walking in that it will be over an hour wait for food. It was our first night out in Tuscaloosa and it was super disappointing. People entered the restaurant, sat down and were ignored so they left. All of this made the experience awful. I would never go back there.
