It wasn't busy but waitress took too long to do everything. Didn't get refills when cup was empty. Didn't get asked how I wanted my steak. They assumed I wanted it medium rare (ugh). Kids were impatient because their food took to long. I love this place but just a bad experience that night I guess

awful arrived at noon on a workday. took 30 minutes to get a seat even though the restuarant was empty. they turned away 12 customers while I waited saying it will take 20 minutes to set.

It was pouring rain and the Greeter immediately opened the door as I approached. Great meal, atmosphere and service. Thoroughly enjoyed everything! It was well worth braving the rain!

Fajita meat had no flavor, they did not serve any salsa with it and had one kind of hot sauce. The veggies on the fajita bowl were the only good thing. If they don't improve their quality this chain will be a dying breed.

Disappointing. My local Ruby Tuesday is a favorite of mine, so I'd hoped to like this one while visiting in the area.
The worst service I’ve ever had. The waitress couldn’t get any of our orders right.

Daphne was AMAZING. The manager was absolutely horrible though. She was VERY unprofessional and not helpful in any way with seating a large party. We came in on our lunch break with only an hour and expressed this to the manger and she didn’t not care or take into consideration this. Will NEVER come back again and will tell everyone how awful the manger is here.
