Never answers the phone. I called every department during regular hours; Nobody answered. Cafe closes early despite posted hours. Had to track down bakery staff when i got there because online ordering is difficult and they wont answer phone calls.

Sometimes my dad, sister, mom and I ate there, for the most part, they served us pretty good, even when machines were broken they did fix em. I’ve noticed when I went to Sam’s they upgraded the area, hopefully they’ll still be good as I remembered them.

The Tuscaloosa Club #6435 is constantly running out of so many things. Out of Stock is the norm for this store. Funny they show everything as in stock at the many Birmingham stores. If I have to drive to Birmingham to find what I want in stock I will cancel Sam's membership and go to Cos*** instead.

Sam’s club in Tuscaloosa Alabama called an hour before scheduled pick up time of my boys birthday cakes and cupcakes to say they “didn’t have a box” for the cakes so they couldn’t give them to me… and when asked if they had any kind of box at all that the cakes could go in the answer was no..? Seems a little suspicious if you asked me.. and then when my husband called again to speak with someone else on the issue they had him on hold for at least 15 minutes and then disconnected the call. It’s also the day of their birthday party and the cakes were ordered over a week ago. Almost 2 weeks ago actually..

Called the morning of to tell us they can’t give us our children’s birthday cakes because they “have no boxes.” When I called back to try and speak to someone else or a manager, the lady told me hold on while she goes to get somebody from that department. Put me on hold for 15 minutes then hung up on me. Lazy employees at its best. Can’t convince me a billion dollar company forgot to order boxes.

This location is one of the worst I’ve ever had to shop at. The management team is horrible, lazy, and not that bright the last incident that I had in that building the Club Manager refused to speak with me, but these are the kind of people that the corporate office has operating this building according to my receipt the Club Manager‘s name was James he’s such a waste in Tuscaloosa. I also have pictures available of the conditions of the club.

Worst experience ever placed a bakery order two weeks in advance and they call me the day before to tell me they are unable to do the picture I brought even though the sams club employee helped me pick out the icing colors with the picture.. I live a hour and half away and they cancel a day before her birthday thanks so much for treating your customers like crap… will not be back in this club…
