Sometimes my dad, sister, mom and I ate there, for the most part, they served us pretty good, even when machines were broken they did fix em. I’ve noticed when I went to Sam’s they upgraded the area, hopefully they’ll still be good as I remembered them.
the Deli (pizza n hotdog) is always rude and very slow. today I watched the ONE worker go too the back and i stood there 15 minutes and other customers just got tired and left. I know it wed 5 families that walked out. I waited a total of 20 minutes and she still was not back. they have great pizza and prices but no structure. very unprofessional. I love Sam's though
I do like going to Sams club it has great deals. But I want to know why you are having people switch buggies at the cash register for self check during time we need to be touching less things. People who check out on their phones don’t change buggies. This is very disturbing!!
