Had the whitening with fried green tomatoes and fried mushrooms. The fish and fried green tomatoes were great but the mushrooms were soggy and tasted frozen.

This location was clean. Customer service was welcoming and polite with a smile. Easy to read menu, the lettering is big for even those who need glasses. The food is freshly cooked when ordered. I had 3 wings, 3 shrimp, fried okra, and a drink. Subtotal $15.99 total with tax $17.59.

I'm not sure if the front of the building has recently been painted. But the Sharks lettering on the front of the building blends in with the roofing as it is all painted the same color and you can not see the name of the business from the street.

Food was soggy! In a 2 side order you only get 5 corn nuggets! Extra pay for bread. If you go through drive thru they will keep telling you to pull back around! And they don't know the exact price of the items

Every time I came to Tuscaloosa I visited Sharks from 15th to Skyland. As long as the people that owned it was running it everything was always good hot and served in a timely manner. Since the African American man has been at the window the orders have never been right. I even received a long red hair with my food from the woman at the window that does not wear a hair net. I have never seen either with any gloves on. And let’s not mention the extremely loud music that you have to try to talk over. After all of that I still decided to give them another chance only to have my order messed up again. This time when I brought it to the man’s attention he began to argue with me about what I ordered instead of fixing what I said was wrong! He was very RUDE and very Disrespectful and unprofessional!! I asked for my money back and only got the price of the food and no tax back until I had to say something again! NEVER EVER will SHARKS in Tuscaloosa Al get another dime from me!! I wouldn’t want it if they told me it was free!! Unless you bring back the little Indian lady that was nice and polite and got my order correct!! I would not recommend this place period!!

Food was cold and taste like it had been sitting for at least an hour. Waited 30 plus min for food. Very dissatisfied and won’t be going back

I have not eaten here in a while due to food was not cooked as I ordered it, but this time fried chicken gizzard were fresh hot and crispy, service was great
