I order a 30 piece mild lemon wing , if only I didn’t live far away no number to call them , the wings was so hot we were able to eat them so this was Saturday Dec 2 and they’re closed on today Dec 3 Sunday , that means I gotta wait until Monday to try to resolve this issue , ?It’s Monday I had to come to tell you guys that I went bk and they were very understanding and took care of it we back on track… very apologetic and was very concern

Food was great! Service sucked. After standing for 15min to even be acknowledged, the sweet and kindness from the order taker didn't make a difference. Everytime I wanted to just leave, I thought my order was about to be taken so I stayed ?. And there was no air circulation at all...so hot and humid in the building. They need a screen door and attempt to make the lobby half way pleasing to the eye. I haven't been there in years and nothing has changed since. So sad. They would do better with a food truck because the inside experience SUCKS!

I would give this place 0 stars but I can't. The service sucks. It was my first time ever coming to this place and the lady immediately told me to come inside with a horrible attitude. I went inside it looked abandoned. Smelled horrible. I order the whiting fish and I swear to you it smelled rotten. It was my first time ordering this fish I took it home and my father instantly told me that the food is rotten. I would never recommend.

Food is good but short, fat, black dude is loud and ignorant! He has bad customer service! Singing over people’s food is unprofessional. Telling me to go to McDonald’s fir condiments is so tacky!

I enjoyed the food, however being greeted at the drive thru window wearing a hair bonnet is very unprofessional. Not having a menu to look at and was told to come inside they have a menu that defeats the purpose of coming through the drive thru.

The cashier was somewhat friendly. I ordered the $6.99 5pc wing meal and added a piece of fish. The cashier said the fish was really big. I paid and waited. When I got my order, after waiting 15 minutes, my fish was VERY small, dry, and tough. My wings we're stuck together as if they were fried in a ball. They tasted very old and and not fresh. Some of them still had feathers on them. This whole experience here was absolutely TERRIBLE and the worst $26 I could've spent. Makes no sense..... SMH

I came here as a door Dash pick up...only 2 ppl working...the customer's order had been sitting on the counter getting cold...I had a stacked order so they made his order and remade hers but I would never accept another dash here...they took forever because the cashier is running the front and the drive thru...one cook...she's frustrated which I get because ppl kept coming to get food...my thing is if you don't have staff, close the doors because waiting 30 to 45 mins for fast food is ridiculous and the building is an eye sore.
