Great smoothie
Hate that they changed their hours to really poor times. What, 10-5?
Terrible service. Took over 10 minutes to get my order and I was the only person in the shop. ?
Says it opens at 7 but really doesn’t open until 10
Save your time and money and just go to Tropical Smoothie.
All three employees were obnoxious. Blonde guy was busy dancing and singing behind the counter while trying to order. Not a professional environment.. bigger girl who took our order was rude. Asian girl seemed high.. mocked her coworker for welcoming us when we walked in. Came for $5 Friday only to find out they don’t do that deal anymore..they said it would only cost a $1 more only for it to end up being $16.09 for two 32oz smoothies before tip. Don’t bother coming here.
The worker who is the store today is horrible. I ordered a 40oz once and he only filled it up halfway... then I tried getting smoothie 30 minutes before closing today at 6:30pm and it was already closed down. He didn’t answer phone. Also the store hours say 9 pm but door say temporarily 7 pm so hours need to be fixed to.
Had option for curbside pickup and they didn’t offer. When I called the lady was so rude! Never going to this one again
Always my go to. Fast and respectful service every time!
We found a pieces of plastic straw or item in our drink. Be careful when you consume.

The one thing I couldn't help but notice was the strange smell when I walked in. The smoothie I ordered was great however, I think that this place is over priced. I also ordered a medium and it was huge. It was too much seeing that I was going to the airport in Birmingham and stopped here to get food on the go.
