They’re good, i go there a lot and get strawberry kiwi breeze my favorite, but one thing is going wrong and they need to look at since it happened withe me three times where i go around 8:30pm weekdays and they tell me we’re closed, working time says till 9pm and they stop taking orders 30mins prior closing

I ordered online and waited in the drive through. I ordered a strawberry lean with cocoa and almonds. The almonds were nonexistent or finely blended. Either way, I couldn't taste them.

Today was my first time ever going to Smoothie King & the experience was HORRIBLE!!? I ordered online, got to the store(ready for my 1st smoothie) and was given only one of my drink orders, which wasn't mixed well. I asked about the other drink && was told it couldn't be made because they didn't have the bananas for it.? So, the only good thing that came out of today's visit were the yogurt pretzels....the service was terrible and slow also.
Therefore, I'll have to find another place to find a good Smoothie!!...Unacceptable Smoothie King!!

Super slow drive-thru. Even ordered online to try and skip the line and have been waiting at the window for 15 minutes and no one has even greeted us. People leaving the drive through line because of how slow service is. Not okay, Smoothie King.

The young woman at the window was very courteous. I wanted to tip but rarely carry cash. The rest of the staff stayed composed even if it was a the beginning of lunch rush.

When I’m in town, this store is normally fine however certain workers(like the ones working 3/18/23 around 1 PM) were very rude. When I pulled up to order the smoothie, I needed a moment to choose and the worker kept rushing me every 15 seconds saying “Order whenever you’re ready.” Like okay, damn, no need to repeat yourself multiple times; I will order when IM ready, not when you are. When I got to the window, I scanned my app using only the Scan to Redeem Points side but somehow it paid with the card on file which is not the workers fault but they didn’t take my subtle frustration well. Also, the smoothie looked obviously thrown together because it was dripping on me after it was handed to me. I pulled back to ask for napkins (which they did not provide the 1st time) and BOTH workers pretended to not see me when one had looked at me. I honked and finally they came to the window with a nasty attitude and didn’t say a word to me. I was polite the entire interaction I had today at the store so I didn’t understand the reason for the attitudes and rudeness. If you hate your job, that’s NOT the customer’s fault. Moral of the story: If the worker has an attitude when you order at this store, drive away and go to another store or better yet get a cheaper one from the grocery store without a side of attitude. Also, from all the recent negative Google reviews for this store, it seems like the owner is not fixing anything to improve customer experience which is very unfortunate to see.

Lady that was working speaker and window was so rude and hardly did her job. After asking only once to repeat the order because she talks in slurs, the lady then says “thats what I just said but whatever” with a harsh attitude. And to top if off she didn't say a word to us at the window and had absolutely no manners.
