I tried to come in at 8:40 and they were already closed. I’m just curious as to what would have happened if I would have placed an order through the app as I was still allowed to. Please fix the times online, or make sure employees are closing at the right time.

Posted hours not accurate. Employees close 15+ minutes before 9

Came through the drive through and ordered a small lemon twist strawberry smoothie, two sips in I feel a very strange texture in my mouth, frantically pulling it out was a nice piece of hair. The employees do not wear hair restraints. They were nice and gave me a refund, but this is ridiculous. I sat in my car and cried. So stressed and nervous I’m going to end up sick. Legal actions will be taken.

I arrived at Smoothie King, walked to the front door, and it was closed for no apparent reason, so I had to get back in my car and go to the drive thru. When I get to the drive thru, they inform me that I can only pay with cash. I then decide to count my change and determine I can purchase a $7 smoothie. Once I go back to the drive thru, they inform me they’re closed even though it’s only 8:40 and their website says they’re open until 9.

I can't say enough good things about our experience at Smoothie King thanks to Tyler! We were on a road trip and, after too much junk food, really needed something healthy. We started in the drive-thru but were having a hard time deciding, so we decided to go inside. Tyler immediately greeted us and took the time to help us choose the best options, making the whole process easy and enjoyable. His friendly and patient attitude made a huge difference, and even our picky 6-year-old is now a fan! Everyone left with a smile and feeling great. Huge thanks to Tyler for making our visit so wonderful – we'll definitely be trying smoothie king when we get back home

They’re good, i go there a lot and get strawberry kiwi breeze my favorite, but one thing is going wrong and they need to look at since it happened withe me three times where i go around 8:30pm weekdays and they tell me we’re closed, working time says till 9pm and they stop taking orders 30mins prior closing

I ordered online and waited in the drive through. I ordered a strawberry lean with cocoa and almonds. The almonds were nonexistent or finely blended. Either way, I couldn't taste them.

Today was my first time ever going to Smoothie King & the experience was HORRIBLE!!? I ordered online, got to the store(ready for my 1st smoothie) and was given only one of my drink orders, which wasn't mixed well. I asked about the other drink && was told it couldn't be made because they didn't have the bananas for it.? So, the only good thing that came out of today's visit were the yogurt pretzels....the service was terrible and slow also.
Therefore, I'll have to find another place to find a good Smoothie!!...Unacceptable Smoothie King!!
