My wife and I visited for the first time tonight, the atmosphere was very cool, the service was great, the tacos were excellent!! We’ll definitely be back!

First, the waitress spoke to us and then walked past us to greet the guests behind us. The burritos barely had meat in them. The drinks were good, but it was no hand washing with the bartender and server. We sat at the bar because there were no tables available due to being short staffed.

Hello. My friend and I recently visited this establishment. The heavier set lady working the upstairs part was very rude and bias. The white people are who came before me she let them in without checking their id when they clearly looked under age. When it was our turn she took about 45 seconds examining my id to find nothing but my birthday and a picture of me. This was very bias.

Been in Tuscaloosa for 7 months now and I’ve tried every restaurant but socal cantina is the one I can’t stop going to, the California style Mexican food is just unbeatable. I recommend getting the socal burrito with or without meat it’s still delicious also I always order chips and salsa to go which they give to me for free(only place that does that) and they’re amazing at making drinks. I find it quite hilarious to see the one star reviews and their comments because I come to eat here at all different times of the day busy or slow and I’ll always give them a 5⭐️review YOU MUST TRY THIS RESTAURANT!!!

It was really delicious as hell. I love that food so much. I get quesadillas with chicken and avocado, but I wish that they give us more sour cream dips. But it’s okay! It’s really good. Definitely will come back again next time for sure!

Food was just not good to us. Queso was too salty, salsa was mediocre and my burrito was not good, my hubby didn't like his tacos either. We had 3 bites of our entrees and left. My hubby also tried to order a margarita. Server came back saying the strawberry wasnt available. Okay, we'll do lime. Came back again and said the frozen margaritas weren't prepped, so we didn't get one. Lol. Skip and go somewhere else
