Literally the worst excuse of a fast food place. I never even get the chance to order & end up sitting there for 15-25 minutes EVERY time. No one ever answers and the drive thru line never moves. How are they still open?

This is the second time I’ve given this location a chance. I worked sonic in high school this job is not that difficult both times this location has been HORRIBLE. 45 for a milkshake are you serious? I will not be back this place needs serious improvement take your money elsewhere the people who work here are sorry.

Me and my husband ordered milkshakes, I got a Oreo cheesecake and he got a strawberry banana milkshake. So many problems! 1. They were out of bananas(not that big of a deal) 2. There is 75% whip cream in his 3. My Oreo cheesecake was horrible like it had expired milk or the cheesecake was bad or something it was disgusting! 4. The amount of time we waited to be one of maybe 3 customers there was insane. Will not ever return there I absolutely refuse I couldn’t go back cause my husband had to get to work but still I shouldn’t have to go back over EXPIRED PRODUCTS!

My friend placed a mobile order and waited 30 minutes past the expected time for the order to be ready. When we received our order, multiple things were missing. We couldn’t get anyone to come back so we went through the drive thru. They refused to take our order at the box. Once we got to the window, they told us they were sold out of what we ordered. This is so disappointing. I stayed here for over an hour and left with NOTHING I wanted after paying for it. Their service is also horrible. Everyone is so rude. Never coming back. I ordered a large coffee and instead of giving me a large drink to replace it they gave me a small drink. Shame!

For the love of all thing someone please shut this place down already. Ordered a hot fudge Sunday, it took 30 min to get my order out and all I received was a cup of vanilla icecream. Will NOT be coming back 🫠

They used to be good but this place has went so far down it just pathetic. Wait 45 mins to a hour for literally milk that was supposed to be a m&m blast, Workers act like your bothering them for not wanting something that is purely nasty. The food was ok but 0 stars on service and time. They just need to shut this place down and restart. I don’t have any issues with any other sonic in this town but this one. Falls on management and need to find a better one.
