Ordered DoorDash from this place hoping they get it right this time and never again … The meat always tastes old. It literally look like they scrapped the onions out the bottom of the holding tray. For a garlic buttered bacon burger it was literally no garlic or no butter. They gave me a ONE piece of bacon which they broke in HALF?? Shut this place down it’s garbage or hire new people. Clearly the owner isn’t checking for it.

The food is good when you get it fresh. Sometimes the cheese sticks are not fresh. It seems like most of the ordering stalls do not work and you have to pull into each stall to check them before ordering. The service is nice, but really slow compiled with the stall issues. Im not sure if it is still this way, but if you come early in the morning their computers have to reset and expect a minimum of an hour wait usually around 3amish. The food is too good to have all these other issues.

I had absolutely the worst experience we never had anyone ask for our order after we mashed the button, so we went to the drive-thru nobody come to the window or took our order there either three people got out of line while we were there and just left this is the worst experience ever I was really craving a chili cheese Coney!!

When we came to get some dinner, half of the monitors didn’t work, that’s fine completely understandable considering that is a management/owners worry, well once we finally got into a stall, we looked at the menu to select an order we wanted. Once we had finally decided we pushed the button and waited patiently. We heard someone pick up the stall and turned it off. Confused, we pushed again, and it happened AGAIN! We just ended up leaving and taking our business elsewhere.

It stinks that everytime I end up coming here we have to wait so long for the food, either the technology is poor, someone isn’t during their part inside, or I get unlucky but I never get my food on time. Each time I’ve been here the minimum time I’ve waited is 35 mins. This time it was an hour. One whole hour. For Sonic? I mean that is ridiculous.

I ordered one fry one chocolate shake,the fries were cold and just thrown in the bag,I put the drink in my cup holder the top was loose and spilled everywhere,I will never eat at this restaurant again and if you’re going to do both register and food,WHERE GLOVES!!!!!

Took 45 min to get my order. After I got home I was surprised my sonic size fry was just enough to cover the tray bottom. Super super pissed off. What a waste of money and time.

Edit* just discovered they screwed up my order and I didn't even get one of my kids meals I paid for.

Ordered small chili cheese tots
1st time they were mushy with too much chili n cheese
2nd time still the same thing
End up throwing them away cause I was too far to turn around. Sonic do better with this

I pulled into 5 stalls that didn’t work! I ordered mozzarella sticks that were cold when I received them.
The service and food is horrible at this location! I do not recommend anyone to visit this Sonic!

The manager Kiera was very rude and made it known that somebody was pissing her off twice while I was at the window, slammed it and locked it, and when I politely asked for the onions that was missing on my extreme tot I told her thanks before pulling off and again her attitude wasn’t good for customer service

Can you people please decide if you want to work or not? I’m so tired of the lazy kids in this city that think they can close up shop early just because they don’t want to do any work. Corporate needs to get involved at this location. I have never had a good experience here, and I NEVER complain about fast food because I have worked fast food. There comes a point where something needs to be done. I don’t know if you need to fire all the lazy kids you have, or if you just need to shut down because the management is incompetent, but you need to figure it out. A child could do better than whatever is going on in this restaurant.

No response from 3 of the parking ordering spots. (Spent more time than we should have waiting for a response in hindsight) Was able to order at the 4th spot. (4 pretzel twists and 4 lemonades). Waited 23 minutes until we were able to flag down an associate and ask about our order... which turned out to be ready because they were able to bring it right out.

Food was good, but this location obviously has a staffing/management issue.
