I want to start out by saying this is in no way meant to be rude to the workers of this Starbucks who have a lot on their plate I imagine. What I will say is that I was waiting for 7 minutes for someone to take my order (no one else in line.) There were batistas working on drinks, but there were 2 employees standing around, it seemed like they were watching the baristas. I was confused because why are there two employees and I still am left waiting? It seems like there is something wrong with how the place is being run. Idk their story, but it seems like some people are working and others are standing around and I just want my drink. It all just seems a bit disorganized so I wouldn't go if you're in a rush.
Ordered a Cortado at 9:15 and got it 9:37. All those who were before me got their orders way earlier. Missed the class and the Cortado was not as expected.

I ordered a delicious sandwich, spinach and tomato. What I got was a chicken and red pepper sandwich?? Do they even sell that?? It was gross and I cried.

Fast service. Had coffee here after the tour they made it very quickly. Friendly people.
The women working here were so kind and friendly.

Worst service ever. Waiting for 1 hour for a cup of coffee. Only 1 counter open although having capacity of three counter.
Too long ordering line.
The staff is really nice at the register but the baristas are rude and mean. I’ve never had a good drink here and they refuse to remake drinks or add extra milk.
