Worst place ever. Always late they confirm 15min. Drinks constantly take 40 min or more. On top of it they then make the wrong drink and say refunds are not possible. Staff is very rude. They don't even deserve 1 Star.

The worst Starbucks in Tuscaloos.We waites 20 minutes or more for our drinks.We had people that came after us and we still were waiting.The little girl that had a blue beanie on was very rude to us,did not wash her hands,and she was texting during a busy rush.

The staff is really nice at the register but the baristas are rude and mean. I’ve never had a good drink here and they refuse to remake drinks or add extra milk.
