Prices are significantly higher than the Starbucks just a few blocks away on Veterans. This store nickel and dimed me for one pump syrup and a splash of milk (90 cents apiece) in my iced coffee - these are normally included at Starbucks.

I waited in the driveway for long time! Especially during the weekend, i think there is no enough staff working there! The staff are nice and i hot what i wanted.
Every time I go my order is not correct. They are polite to fix it but I think they may need additional training. And more than once I have seen them handle the top edge of the cup with their hands. Not gloved.
