Through the app, I ordered a hot tea and banana walnut loaf. It said my order would be ready in 15-20 minutes. I arrive within 20 minutes and received a notification that my order was ready. When I got to the speaker, the cashier told me that they were running behind about 20 minutes. I told him that I placed my order about 20-30 minis ago, and was I supposed to wait another 20 minutes? He said yes. I told him to refund my order. He said I had to come inside or wait and drive up to the window. Everyone in front of me received their orders. He was very dismissive when I arrived to window to retrieve my refund. I really don’t appreciate the poor customer service.

Go in to order. I don’t recommend the drive thru . everytime I see that one guy in the drive through I just know my order is going to be wrong. No matter how many times I repeat the order back. Then he gets frustrated when u tell him it’s wrong. So I just stop telling him and just take the L. This was one of the main reasons I stop going to this location. But the other location is having temporarily closed.

It's getting nasty... I order the exact same order, yet it NEVER tastes the same. Had to argue with barista they gave me a ribbon crunch vs a regular Frappuccino.. was too arrogant to listen... they act like the ppl are wrong about their order.. or its tasteDietary restrictions: Other milk options

Great stop while we were traveling from Texas. The drinking g were great and so was the service.Dietary restrictions: Easy to customize your order. Different milk options.Parking: Plenty of parking spots.
Coffee was barely warm. I an finding that Starbucks loves serving lukewarm coffee. Such a shame to spend that kind of money on a cup of coffee only to pour bathwater temperature coffee in your mouth.

I was handed a hot cup of coffee without the protector. Needless to say, it burnt my hand. I also had to put the plug into the top. These are things I thought were the norm. Apparently, I'm accustomed to wonderful service at all the other Starbucks I've visited nationwide.

Service was friendly and prompt. My spinach feta wrap was still cold in the middle. We also ordered two iced apple crisp macchiatos which didn't taste the same at all. One tasted like it didn't have the apple syrup in it at all. Quality is very inconsistent as opposed to the location on 15th st.
