I always enjoy coming to this specific Starbucks. It’s usually a disappointment if I have to go to another. All the workers are professional and courteous. They usually know me by name when I walk in. They really make it feel like a local coffee spot.
HOWEVER, I feel like I can’t give a 5 star on the drinks. It seems that the coffee isn’t as strong as it used to be. Seems like it’s more cream and sugar than coffee these days. Less caffeine and more filler.

They may have given me a false name but the name they gave me was Angela Sebietta my wife a 20 yr retiree of the military asked what kind of refreshers you have the Angela lady responded “the kind we always have” once we pulled to the window the lady wasn’t there there was a heavy set black guy at the window who pretended like he didn’t know the lady’s name another young lady stepped in and said she heard the entire interaction she knew the lady (Angela’s) first name we asked for a receipt they couldn’t produce one the heavy set guy at the window had balled it up and threw it in the trash when we first paid. I’m not sure why I expect even the smallest amount of politeness from places that I spend money at… money isn’t given to me and for me and my wife to have that kind of experience left is flabbergasted…. I’m sure nothing will be done about it and this crew will continue with that behavior to “certain” customers.

Not really about this location but I went to it twice yesterday and didn’t receive my points and to reach out to Starbucks customer service to chat with a live agent. I’ve made several purchases and never received my 90 stars rewards point.

Every single time, no matter the day or time, I always get stuck in a 30-45 minute wait in the drive thru. My drinks are always melted down & sweaty and my food is always cold by the time I get to it. I'm taking my service to the one on Skyland. Staff has always been nice and friendly and makes sure everything is correct, the wait is just atrocious & not worth it if you're looking to get something quick.
40mins and finally left. Don’t take online orders when you are this busy!

Sat in the drive through for at least 25-30 minutes. Super bad experience. Rude staff.

While in the drive-through, i asked to add an item & I was told no, they were too busy. It didn't appear that busy to me. I feel the quality of the products & service just keeps going down.

They ignore the drive thru and help customers inside instead. Literally sat in a not busy drive thru for 50 minutes while watching probably 20 customers go in store and come out with their drink.
