They asked for my order 5 different times in the drive thru, even getting a different person for me to finish my order. I was speaking perfectly clear so it shouldn't have been an issue. My order was just a coffee, with cream and ice on the side, and a turmeric shot. After having to give them parts of my order fir like the 6th time I gave up. Then was stick behind 2 cars in their closed in drive through. I was in drive through for over 45 minutes...

This place took nearly forty minutes to go through the drive thru. It wasn’t just one car that made it hard in some way; every single car that went up to the window had their order screwed up in some way. In fact, the car ahead of me took about ten minutes, and several times, the driver and cashier passed drinks back and forth. Several drinks had been screwed up. Terrible service overall- avoid at all costs.

Tracy (Location Partner GM) has been running the best Starbucks in West Alabama, since this location was in the Midtown Shopping Center. She and her staff are always engaged, courteous, and invested in ensuring their customers have an exceptional experience.

No one even acknowledges you when you enter the store. After waiting 18 minutes and seeing that my order was listed as ready, I went to the counter to ask about it. The employee pulled a sticker off a machine and asked if that was me (it was). He did immediately make my drink at that point and it only took about a minute to receive it but had I not asked, I would probably still be waiting! No apology or explanation but almost 20 minutes to get my order. This isn’t the first time I’ve had to wait an excessive time here either. Partly my fault I guess since I keep going back! Hopefully one of their new locations will have better service than this one! Wish there was a Scooters near me - always a better experience with them.
