While in the drive-through, i asked to add an item & I was told no, they were too busy. It didn't appear that busy to me. I feel the quality of the products & service just keeps going down.
This particular location is usually very busy. Sometimes, the line to the drive-thru is out to Veteran Pkwy, so if time is of this essence, you may want to rethink your coffee stop. The interior usually has a lot of people either working or having meetings. If you're looking for a quiet place to meet someone, study, or work, this may not be the location for you. Lastly, parking sucks. Not only are spaces limited, but the few they have are easily blocked.

HOWEVER, I feel like I can’t give a 5 star on the drinks. It seems that the coffee isn’t as strong as it used to be. Seems like it’s more cream and sugar than coffee these days. Less caffeine and more filler.
