I went for the first time last night and could not have had a better experience. The baristas are young and precious. They really try hard. They apologized for my wait. I had just walked in. They work well as a team and are just so sweet. They had a question about how I liked the drink made and instead of guessing, they took the time to ask and get it right. The atmosphere in there was nice too. There were people studying and it felt very Christmas-y.
Staff is friendly and orders are prepared quickly. My main issue is that they have a heavy pour with the cream. I order iced coffee with half and half every time. I even have to say a “very light splash” of cream and it’s still too much. I don’t want to taste more creamer than I can taste coffee. Iced coffee should be the color of caramel , not white.
Fast and friendly service! I got the Pumpkin Sweet Cream Cold Brew and it was very good! There was not too much ice and the flavor was a perfect was to get in the fall mood even though it's super hot out!
