I waited thirty minutes in line for employees moving slow as christmas. Then when i finally ordered, a lady took my sandwich out of the cooker and looked at me and said the word “veggie?”. Since she didn’t feel the need to properly form a sentence and ask “is this a veggie SUB?” I assumed she meant what vegetables do I want on my sandwich, so i tell her which vegetables I would like on the sandwich.Then when the customer who actually ordered the aforementioned veggie sub asked me if i also ordered a veggie sub, i told her no which caused the lady working the line to throw a fit and scoff, acting like it was my fault that there was a mix up for the sandwiches. If you don’t want your time wasted by rude employees, I wouldn’t recommend coming here.

As we waited in line every last worker was rude to two older ladies who had never been to subway before. When we got there they were insanely rude, snarky, sarcastic, and directly insulted us multiple times. They get mad at you for not responding to them when they ask you questions while they’re backs are turned and when you apologize they continue to berate you. They complain to each person about making they’re order and make sure you know that you’re an annoyance. All the staff should be replaced.

Food is rotten. Took two bites of my spicy Italian, but the meat tasted so spoiled I nearly threw up right there. I've had that sandwich at other subways hundreds of times, and is the second time at this subway that it's been sickening.
If you're going to get food here, get it in person. They mess up online orders 9 times out of 10.

The staff are extremely rude and have terrible attitudes, the only man on the staff is the worst of all, he yells and openly cursed about me even though all i politely asked him to repeat himself bc i couldn’t hear him through the mask and the mumbling. Honestly the school should be hiring better people to work on campus. You’d think they’d intervene. Everyone I’ve spoken to about the Subway at the ferg has had the same rude experience.
