Ordered a Home Style Chicken Salad wrap & a salami and pepperoni. The later was ok. The chicken salad was completely unacceptable. When I arrived they were making that. They had placed chopped chicken teriyaki on the wrap and gobbed mayo on top. When I asked what it was they pointed to the HS Chicken salad wrap. When I told them it wasn’t they argued and told me “this ain’t your house.” Very rude attendants. This is what my husband always ordered and he said it was not remotely what he ordered. He doesn’t like teriyaki and we put it in the trashcan.

6 foot 5 African American female employee with an Adams apple was very rude. I was the only customer when I walked in, and they refused to acknowledge me. They were on the phone the entire time talking shit right in front of me. Didn’t even cook my cookie all the way through. Definitely will be back though just to interrupt their phone time to make them make me a sandwich

Cane here cause I was in Tuscaloosa Alabama for work these guys have a sign up and told me they can't except my coupon for a 6.99 footlong sub only roastbeef and add bacon saying that's a specialty sub and so they denied my coupon . Every subway took my coupon besides this location and they didn't wanna take care of the customer cause there afraid to get introuble . Will never come to this location again.... roastbeef a specialty sandwich what a joke !!!!!

Ordered #15 Titan Turkey. The turkey volume seemed less than expected and certainly NOT 33% MORE. NO CHEESE AT ALL. Not toasted as per the app options checked. No napkins in the bag. Called store VM full, no wonder.
