We placed a online order and when we picked it up it was totally wrong. They weren't toasted my husband's was on the wrong bread and wasn't made the way we had asked so as any normal customer we took them back. The owner? Manager? Whoever the lady is was totally one of the Rudest, argumentative unprofessional person I've ever incounterd in the food industry! She tried to tell me I was wrong and the mistake was mine not theirs and I was goin to take these sandwiches and eat them! She wasn't goin to replace them nor refund my money that basically I was SOLNeedless to say when it was all said and done we did get our food replaced and she wasn't very happy about it But I do know I'll never step in that place again! I'll be sure to tell everyone I know not to go to that store again!! Absolutely bad experience and the worst service I've ever experienced
