Too much talking over other people food. How are you out of mayo and tomatoes? I don’t understand if I didn’t already made my order food online I would have to walked out. Cause how you wait till you done with my sandwich to wanna say what you DONT HAVE !

I placed my order with the subway app. When I picked up my order, they did not toast it like I told them to align. It did not put any cheese on it even like I told them to do online. When I brought this to the ladies attention she made me get to the back of the line, even though I’ve already was a paying customer then furthermore When I asked her to be toasted longer, she told me she could not toast it longer because it wasn’t on the original receipt even though I put toasted on there and there’s no way to how long of a time you wanted terrible customer service terrible Use any other subway in Tuscaloosa stay away

This is the absolute worst Subway in existence. Wife ordered two subs ahead of time. Not only were they not ready at the expected time, the people working stopped making them halfway through to start working on other sandwiches for a group of people who walked in. They caught an attitude with her when she asked them why the other orders got priority even though hers was placed first. Stay far, far away from this location.

I placed a order paid for it and they cancelled it after I also paid door dash to deliver and I have no idea how to request a refund because I ordered it on a subway app ?
Second time in one month I have prepaid for the order almost 45$ each time and there is no bread they cancelled my order and I have to wait a week or more for a refund so they say and I never got the refund from the first time

Never again, roaches crawling on the counter space and the employee sees it and doesn’t bat an eye, i’m guessing he was newer with the questions he was asking and how he handled the checking out process. But the other woman employee who helped him was extremely rude, as far as stopped what she was doing with the customers (us) to answer a phone call and talk on the phone, not an important phone call either more of a friend had called her and she was loud and laughing on the phone while we waited as patiently as possible. This establishment needs a lot of fixing, especially with cleanliness and customer service. I wouldn’t go here ever again and i’d advise no one else to, unless your looking for a roach sandwich.
