Rude staff member. I think her name is Tonya. Very unprofessional. Subway opens at 7am I walked in at 7:05am and she continued to have a conversation with someone on her cellphone.

Just Left There, VERY Rude Lady in There by The Name of Toya, Who's Suppose 2 Be a Manager...SUPER Fast, Won't Give U Time to Even Tell Her What U Want...& Very Snappy...(Nice Nasty), & It's too Early in The Morning for this...Fast For No Reason, & I Had to Speak twice When Walking Up Just to get a Reaponse. Terrible customer service by the woman working at 0945 on 10/12/24. She had a nasty attitude because is asked her to put on gloves to grab my bowls and started to prepare my sub and protein bowls without gloves after wiping down the station with chemicals. If I’m allergic to any chemicals on that rag that she was wiping down with it would have been a major lawsuit. DO NOT GO TO THIS SUBWAY

My fiancé and I stopped here on 8/18/24 at about 3:45PM and the two young employees were extremely uncoordinated. I got a footlong American club and he got a six inch BLT. The second employee rang them both up as six inches and had us pay for them, then he realized my sandwich was a footlong. He wanted us to pay an additional $8 for my whole sandwich, instead of refunding the original 6 inch sandwich price and charging footlong price. I said no and was given the smaller half of the unequally cut sandwich with nothing on a third of it. Will not be stopping at this subway again.

This is the third time I have attempted to go to this subway. The first time they were still open in the middle of the day but said that they were out of bread! Why are you open then? The second time I went I asked if they have any of the new sidekick items(churro) available? They said with an attitude that they didn’t prep any and it would be two hours before they had any. The third and last time I went today and asked again about the sidekick items. First I had to wait 10 minutes before anyone would come out of the back and help us. There were 6 people in line. You could hear them talking and laughing. We called out and rang the bell several times and no one came out. When they did they had a nasty and rude attitude. And again they said they had no cookies or churros prepped and it would be 2 hours. I won’t ever be back to this location. Apparently this behavior is condoned by management as there are reviews just like mine from 6 years ago!

I went to this subway this morning to get something to get and all but the one employee was rude disrespectful and unprofessional I don’t recommend goin to this subway ever Toya or Tonya was her name I think she was a manager well in all my places that I have worked you never ever treat ur customers rude or disrespectful in any shape form or fashion

I waited in front for 10 minutes. Didn't see the bell, it was way off to the side and not in a place that customers could see. When I said hello, I was met with such a hateful and rude attitude by the lady who came out. I asked her in a polite way why no one was up front, she said cuz we're in the back working. She was so mean and rude with how she was speaking to me. I asked her why she was being so agressive. I am a Muslim hijabi and with all the Islamaphobia going around, I'm sure she was being prejudice against me because she didn't talk to the man after me in that same manner. She was really nice to him. Then she sarcastically spoke kinder to me as if I was a little baby. She's a disgusting human being and should not be the face of your store. I couldn't believe that people are actually allowed to treat people like this in customer service. Your staff sucks big time.
