Terrible location. The lady does NOT know how to make a sandwich. (Put.all the meat up top so it all fell to the inside corner its separated from all the other ingredients so you fam only get a bite full of nothing but meat, or a bite of your other topings with no meat...) and she had a bad attitude. Avoid this location. There's a definite reason for all of the negative reviews.

Placed an online order and got more bread than anything else I added to my sub. I opened my sandwich up and there were literally 3 small pieces of chicken on 6 inches of my sub; I’m quite sure normally they use 2 of the chicken containers when making a foot long but obviously this time they only used one I guess due to the fact that it was placed online. I will not return to this location, this was pathetic to say the least.

Absolutely THE worst subway Ive been to in Tuscaloosa. Tonight was my first time ever visiting this location and it will forever be my last! The food is horrible and the attitude is just as bad and rude. I hope they improve on customer service because it is absolutely missing.

Purchased Sub Got Home Found What's Looks To Be Strand Oh Hair In Sandwich.Called Back Immediately Got Hung In On Maybe 3 Times. Didn't Go Back To Argue. Very Confrontational.Pretend Not To Understand English.Would'nt Let Me Speak To Anyone Else. Decided To Make Complaint With Consumer Affairs.

The only reason I will not give them all 5's is because I saw the cashier take money and give cash back to customer and then proceeded to fix another customers sandwich with the same gloves on. With this day and time with some much money changing hands. One can never be too careful.

Terrible hygiene and awful attitudes from the employees. They will literally yell at you for no reason. They also very clearly badmouth their customers in a different language and laugh at you. Awful atmosphere and even worse food. All of it is past expiration date and tastes off. Very much do not recommend.

This place I will not visit again. I’m not sure what happened as I used to eat here frequently but never again since my husband and I decided to start back going after a year of not. The sub maker sneezed on all the food for one, the prices have went way up, the vegetables were definitely not fresh. I got 6 inch my husband got 6 inch no drinks nothing but that charged us 24$ that’s robbery in my opinion!

Vegetarian options: Lettuce was wilted, none of the vegetables were fresh all looked old.

Absolute trash sandwiches. I believe it was the owner who made them and was trying to save on food costs because despite us ordering over $80 in footlongs the portions were laughable, the bread was soggy (definitely not toasted as requested), and didn’t even include all the listed condiments. Buyer beware - this location doesn’t even live up to the woefully fallen Subway brand.
