Pretty good food but terrible service, their hours are so crazy that you never know when they're open, google hrs and website hrs don't match; their doordash/online ordering is never open/never has the normal menu on it(and hasnt ever) and they never answer the phone. Its like they don't want your business and if you want similar food with 100% better service and consistency: go to blueplate in Northport

If i could give zero stars, i would. This location is FULL OF ROACHES AND RATS and the food isn't even good. No seasoning and really just an insult to southern food.
EDITED REVIEW: I SAW HUNDREDS OF ROACHES IN THIS RESTAURANT. And even if I was commenting because of my car getting towed(my car didnt get towed) its sad that you towed people in a completely empty parking lot 3 days before Christmas and I promise I'll continue to let EVERY ONE I KNOW that your restaurant is disgusting and your food is trash.

The food, atmosphere and staff were all great. We enjoyed it when we had breakfast, then went another day for lunch. You get a lot of food for a good price. I say everyone who hasn't been needs to go.
food was disgusting. terrible customer service. overall a terrible place to eat. if you ever think about going, i recommend not going at all.

The food I got was good. Portion sizes wasn’t great and didn’t get any toast or grits etc with the order of a breakfast plate, just the omelette. I got 1 cup of coffee the entire time, server never checked on our table. The food is good but service and expectations are lower than what I expected.
I regularly come to t town cafe and today was no different. Charity and Ava were working and my food and service was perfect! They are very consistent and polite. It always makes my day when those two work!
This was my first time at Ttown cafe and I am very blown away!! The food was amazing and very fresh. I love good southern food and being away from home for school, this gets my soul food craving in. Will the owner was so polite and inviting and checked on us several times. Charity our serving was very bubbly and sweet! So say the least this might just be my new favorite spot in town.

To the owner. You’re missing a huge opportunity to make a lot of money here. Whoever manages this place is satisfied with laziness and poor expectations. The cooks are definitely holding this place back from making big profits. They’re unmotivated and don’t take direction. There is zero sense of urgency. We got here on a Sunday when the place opened at 10:30am. It’s now 11:30am and we haven’t had one refill and our food is nowhere in sight. The table next to us has three people, one of them got their food 30 minutes ago and the other two are still waiting. Another tables food went back because it had hair in it and the cooks argued about it. The cooks are making whatever they want instead of what the table ordered so only a few people are getting food per party. The wait staff is friendly and motivated but lack direction. One tiny cup of coffee in an hour? Inexcusable. The line is out the door and half the restaurant that got here at opening are still without food. If you invest in the right manager you’ll turn this place around and make money. Protect your investment and invest in the right kitchen staff and manager. An hour in and maybe 20% of the restaurant has food. For everyone else, don’t waste your time coming here until this place makes a big change.

Ate lunch here with family while visiting Tuscaloosa. Enjoyed the Lima beans, turnip greens, okra and onions rings. Good lunch food.
Not only was the food amazing, but so was the staff. Owner was super friendly and attentive. Will definitely be visiting again soon.

Came 2 weeks ago to get breakfast. I couldn't get omelet I wanted because they were out of sausage . Went back this morning and no coffee no grits and no bacon.
