We went inside, ordered on the kiosk. No issue cause that’s how we always do it. A Mexican couple walked in, clearly not knowing how to do the kiosk. Probably couldn’t even speak English. And the guy behind the counter finally brings us our food (it was a very long wait)… looks at the Mexican couple waiting for someone to take their order at the counter and he says, “if you want food, order at the kiosk.” And walks off. Couldn’t even believe what I was seeing/hearing. They turned around and walked out and I don’t blame them one bit. Maybe have some humanity, do your job and take orders at the counter. Won’t be back, FOR SURE.

I been in line literally 30plus mine for Uber eats. I tried to order me food thru said they ar went taking orders for anybody but delivery service and online. They closed the lobby so nobody could pick up but you have dudes standing around not doing anything . One of my Uber orders is cold and they are refusing to make it. They said there main concern in DoorDash and Uber they have a million dollar contract with with them. I think we count just as much if we don’t order online or or delivery servthat almost doubles the price then added delivery charges.

Went to a different one than I usually do but the did was good. Only problem was they had to remake pay if the order twice because it was made wrong but they finally got it right.

I ordered a cheese quesadilla and a diet drink. My service was fine. But my quesadilla had all the cheese was at one end, very runny and very difficult to eat without cheese and sauce dripping everywhere! Also I was given one napkin to help with the drips!!Not much help!!

Look. It's taco bell. Out of all the Bells in this town, this is one of the decent ones. I've only done drive through for the past few months, and usually late at night, but they are friendly and fast, especially compared to other locations.
We called the Taco Bell just to ask if they were open. We were met with rudeness and unprofessionalism for absolutely no reason. Please adjust people who answer the phone’s attitude- asking nicely when you close is not a difficult or rude question. Simply disrespectful and unprofessional- taking personal anger out on potential customers is not okay. Will refrain from going to this Taco Bell and will tell others to avoid in future.
