They didnt have mild sauce out in the dinning area when I asked the lady for some she lied to me and said they didnt have any. Just so happened I seen 4 trays full of mild sauce at the drive through so I asked for some of the mild sauce they had right there in the drive through. Got attitude for catching her in a lie. But she didnt mind asking the next 3 customers if they wanted sauce. Guess you gotta be a certain color to get mild sauce at this taco bell.

Quality is declining, a few days ago the soft taco that comes with the quesadilla combo was cold to the touch and soggy almost sopping wet, don't even understand how. And tonight my grilled cheese burrito was smashed and had a little hair stuck in the cheese topping. Y'all stay safe.

First the young girl at the drive thru window was extremely rude. Then we had to wait forever for our food when we placed an online order and lastly we opened our bag and we see 4 sauce packets when we asked for 15 or each

Rarely, if ever, do I leave a review for a fast food place. They're usually all the same and nothing to phone home about. But when I say this place was clean as a whistle and the staff was so accommodating... they thought they didn't have any more mango flavoring for a drink and looked around for like 7 mins and finally came up with it. They could've just said they didn't have it like McDonald's with their ice cream machines being broken and just moved on. Instead, they went the extra mile to track some down and I truly appreciate how diligently they worked to provide a customer with wonderful service.

The bathroom was immaculate and the dinning room floor and seating was all spotless as well. I realize I came before the lunch rush, but I have a feeling that's just standard for them. The staff seem to hold themselves to a higher caliber dining experience than other restaurants locally and I truly commend them for that. Will certainly be back for those street burritos (or whatever they're called)! 😊

Service always sucks takes forever and there 100% of the time missing shit . I just got 5 meals with no drinks . It’s a pickup order so now I’m standing in line waiting for drinks while my food gets cold . Zero stars if it were possible. 👎

I ordered the #8--- 3 Dorito loco taco supremes, easy lettuce. And I ask for 2 packs of fire sauce for each taco = 6 pks. What I got, I wouldn't serve to anyone. I received 3 taco shells with about 2 tablespoons of meat, no lettuce, no tomatoes, no sour cream, barely, and cheese. If I wasn't traveling and needing to be elsewhere, I would have taken the order back and asked for my money back. If they can't provide a better service, they should close this location. It's the worst I've ever had, and I travel all over the country. Imo their level of Give a cr@p is far below the basic requirements.
