Ordered supreme tacos and the sour cream was only at one end of the taco so one bite and you have a mouth full of sour cream and non on the rest of the taco..I added sour cream to my burritos and not one had sour cream they never put sauce in the bag and my order always stay getting mixed up.. The entire time I was waiting for my order all I heard was profanity and i had my kids in there..this place is new but is trash 🚮

Wish I didn’t have to even put a star it’s the worst costumer service of any fast food place around. Trying to explain something to cashier as she looks off in the distance very dismissively. Then messes up the item I was trying to explain. She had the audacity to get an attitude with me as if I did something wrong. Like all the other times I come here I mobile order only to be parked so they can close Oder out as if it was done in a timely manner yet here I still sit . Corporate does not check these places enough to catch their games

I went last night and talk to the sweetest young lady about 8pm ish got 9 dollar box specifically asked for no sour cream on my tacos and it was on every taco.I was so mad about blew a gasket.

I have gone to this location a few times since it is the closest to me, but it has been a disappointment every time. This last time I went a few minutes after 11, making sure to check the hours which said they closed at midnight. When I got there at 11:08, there were cars in the parking lot, but no one answered at the speaker. I even double checked the hours on the window which did state closing at midnight. No sign posting that they closed early. Just employees ignoring the customers.
