Horrible experience. Drive thru was wrapped around the building so decided to go inside to purchase my to-go order. After sitting there for a half hour in front of the counter, I stood up to check on the order since several people who ordered after me had already received their food, to only find out they lost my order. I overheard them say that there was a power glitch but not once did they offer an explanation so I asked for a refund. Someone in the back said that they were working on my order. There was no sense of urgency at all when they realized what happened. When they handed me my food, they did not offer an apology. I am a very understanding guy, and had they been genuinely concerned and apologetic, I would have been fine but no one there has had any customer service training. Taco Casa, please do better.
Had to take the food back 3 times and spilt cheese dip all over the food and wrappers.

I’m done. The food and service has continually gotten worse. Last night I pulled into Taco Casa going through the drive thru at 8:55, there were three vehicles in front of me to order. I only ordered two tacos and a drink. At 9:28 (over 30 minutes) I pulled off with no food. My small bag was given to the vehicle in front of me, then given back to cashier and she flipped through it and set it aside. Still waiting. Then decided I did not want those now soggy tacos that had been handled by too many people. I drove off. This was the last straw.

Love the burrito and taco burgers. I dont do alot of foods so I have my favorites.
This place has gone so far downhill ever since the kids took over. Do they not serve meat anymore? My last couple of trips I don’t think I was given enough beef to combine into a single burrito. So little beef that the tortilla deflates completely. Sad to see how far they’ve fallen.

The location on rice mine is always clean and I love the music they play over the speaker too...I wonder what radio station that is.. my food is always fresh and hot plus I get excellent customer service..all I can say is keep up the good work 👏 I recommend this location to all of my friends and family!!!
