My first experience at a tcby, as well as at this particular location. I'll give a different location a try, but see no reason to return to this one. I guess the employees just assumed that I knew everything and seemed a little annoyed when I asked a question that she seemed to think was obvious. She pointed at the board on the wall that I couldn't read and walked away (and never came back). I was the only person inside. I stood there for a little while trying to read the board, but gave up. When I reached the door she told me to have a blessed day...

I dont even want to give this place 1 star!!! My 2 niece's went on this past Saturday about 3:30pm. The lady taking order on the front line was standing there on her cell phone. When she saw them come in, threw her hands up in the air, said something under her breath and walked to the back. When she finally come out to take their order she got it wrong. One order vanilla ice cream with gummy worms and gummy bears. How and why she only gave her the candy no ice cream BEATS ME!! When my niece told her she had orderd vanilla ice cream she rudely said hand scooped or yogurt. My niece told her hand scooped and the lady rolled her eyes!!! When she finally corrected HER mistake she slammed it down on the couter. No sorry about that, thank you, come again!!! This is TERRIBLE service. And I will be sure to tell everyone I know. And may even call corporate. She was short with glasses.

Worse night ever. I wanted to go get a treat around 7:00,8:00 pm and I got my yogurt went to my hotel and 15 mins later threw up.I was up all night feeling sick and throwing up.would never come here again.

This place is disgusting. We pulled up to the drive thru window and there was a huge roach crawling across the window .The workers pointed and laughed so theyâre obviously used to it .

Just came back to T-Town for the first time in a while, and this place has really gone downhill! Got two medium strawberry milkshakes, and it was over $17. And they were absolutely horrible reminded me of the medicine you used to get as a kid like the shake-up antibiotics that went in the fridgeđ©. Such a waste of my money
