đ If you want to come, expect to wait about 20 minutes for a simple daily special. The drive-thru is narrow, so you canât back out if you change your mind. The menu isnât detailed while you wait; it should be posted at the drive-thru.

This place is disgusting. We pulled up to the drive thru window and there was a huge roach crawling across the window .The workers pointed and laughed so theyâre obviously used to it .
When I have a craving I come here. Good ice cream & good staff.

My family and I went to TCBY after dinner to get ice cream for my grandmothers birthday, and we went through the drive through. We had different forms of payment (there were 3 different orders) and the lady at the window in the drive-through seemed very rude, and when a kid from the backseat asked what flavors they had, she just gave her the menu and when she returned with our ice cream and got the menu back, she told us to have a good day and we politely let her know we had one more order (from the one who wanted To look at what kind of ice cream they had) And said since they had a line they would not take our 3rd order!! So she had us drive around and walk inside for our final order when we could have been gone by then. It wouldnât have taken her five seconds to scoop one scoop of ice cream into a cone for us. Iâve had to wait in line for a long time too, so respecting our needs would have been great and people are willing to wait for ice cream. She was just straight up rude. If this is really a rule, it should be posted on their window or something.

Their cookies and cream is chocolate, not cookies and cream. And itâs nasty. The ladies at the counter were so into whatever they were talking about that they didnât even know what they were doing.
This is not the same TCBY of old. I was quite disappointed in the lack of selection, the blase attitude of the staff and the overall dreariness of the place, as I was taking someone there for their first ever visit, after talking the place up for a few days.
