Baked Bear is a fun, customizable dessert spot that excels in crafting indulgent ice cream sandwiches. The concept is simple but highly appealing: choose your cookies, ice cream flavor, and optional mix-ins to create a treat perfectly tailored to your taste. The cookies are soft, freshly baked, and come in a variety of flavors from classic chocolate chip to more adventurous options like birthday cake or snickerdoodle. Ice cream choices are rich and creamy, often including both traditional and seasonal flavors.

They accepted my order, which I placed within their given timeframe, and then they cancelled it.
Response to Baked Bear: It was indeed not submitted outside of your posted hours of acceptance. see photo. Also, (not that this is relevant to you right now, because you don't even know what you have listed under the partnership that you created) every other establishment that I've ordered from has their last time of acceptance as the actual last time that they can accept an order and actually make it and have it picked up. You should work on your business management, from all angles. From other reviews, your customer service isn't that great either.

You have got to stop here if you love ice cream! Consider splitting. The scoops are huge but sooooo good!

I went with my friend and we walked 40 minutes. Most disappointing 40 minute walk of my life. We both got Nutella chunk cookie, cookie monster cookie with cookie dough ice cream. Holy cookie, the cookies tasted like they have been sitting out, like when you go to subway and get cookies after they have been sitting out for a few days. The Cookie Monster tasted like when I was in 3rd grade and I made fortune teller cookies and it did not turn out good it was very bad. The ice cream it’s self tasted expired, like the milk used was expired. All around mid place.
It would absolutely be 5 stars if the prices weren’t so steep. The ice cream is sooo good though

I wanted to try somewhere new and this place was one I'd never been to before. It's kinda pricey when you have multiple people, but the portions are big enough to share if you need to cut costs. The cookies are good and the brownies are rich, and staff was fantastic.

My girls loved it. Giant ice cream cookie sandwich warmed up? Shut the front door.

There were only 3 kinds of cookies to choose from. No brownies. I asked for two ice creams and got three. Staff wasn’t welcoming and barely said a word. So I just paid for the three. Kids liked the ice cream, kind of disappointed because we came to try it out and there wasn’t much of a selection. The place is clean and bathrooms were clean but you need a key to get in.
Friendly staff and great dessert! Perfect for the occasional treat.
The workers were very nice. The food was delicious. I will definitely be back again.
Can't wait to be closer to this place! Something so unique and so good!
Stood in like for no joke 12 minutes while the workers were doing who knows what in the back. Finally the lady in front of us knocked on the window to get their attention to help us. And then I had to tell the man my order 3 times because he kept getting me the wrong thing. Love the cookies, but they need some new workers
