My girls loved it. Giant ice cream cookie sandwich warmed up? Shut the front door.

There were only 3 kinds of cookies to choose from. No brownies. I asked for two ice creams and got three. Staff wasn’t welcoming and barely said a word. So I just paid for the three. Kids liked the ice cream, kind of disappointed because we came to try it out and there wasn’t much of a selection. The place is clean and bathrooms were clean but you need a key to get in.

Friendly staff and great dessert! Perfect for the occasional treat.

The workers were very nice. The food was delicious. I will definitely be back again.

Stood in like for no joke 12 minutes while the workers were doing who knows what in the back. Finally the lady in front of us knocked on the window to get their attention to help us. And then I had to tell the man my order 3 times because he kept getting me the wrong thing. Love the cookies, but they need some new workers

We have been long time fans of Baked Bear. However, we came here a few weeks ago and asked for Bear Bowls, only to be told they didn’t have any. We asked if they could just put the cookie in the tin bowl, and they came back with a small paper cup as the only option, and the cookie wouldn’t even fit, yet we could see that they had the tin bowls in stock. So why they couldn’t just use the tins beats me. Tonight, we gave them another shot. Asked for bear bowls again, was told the same thing, and I asked if they only sell a certain amount of them each day, and the girl told me no, but they just simply didn’t have them. Again, why not just use the tin bowls and place the cookie at the bottom. It’s the same thing. Then my parents asked for a brownie, they said they didn’t have that either. Then as an excuse they said their baker didn’t show up for work today. Would also like to mention that the young black kid who works here mumbles the entire time he asks questions, such as what ice cream flavor and what toppings, and you can always barely hear him. Very bad past two experiences and very disappointed.

The ice cream is great, but when we went in tonight there was nobody in the building. A few minutes later one of the employees walked in from her car. After being served, we sat down but then she went back outside? There were two employees who just sat in their car. Very unprofessional and made us uncomfortable being left alone in the building.

Best ice cream I have found in town since I moved here. I’m not into sweets, but every now and then I crave some, even though the small intake 3 days to finish lol. I always get the blackberry crumble.

Food wasn’t that great, I only wanted a small cup of ice cream (kids size) due to dietary restrictions and they refused to give me one regardless of reason. Lady said she’d give me the same amount as a kids cup for the full price adult cup (lol). Super inconsiderate- I only wanted a small bit of ice cream, like half a kids cup. I got it anyway, but I should have just said Nevermind. We won’t be back. If I want just a small bit of ice cream for health reasons, I should be able to get it.

First time visiting when we stopped through Tuscaloosa and it was an awesome experience! The young lady that helped us was so quirky, sweet and patient/helpful! The cookie sandwich was delicious! Ice cream is great quality and I had the chocolate chip and macadamia nut cookie to make my sandwich. Delicious combo! Will definitely come back if I'm ever in town!
