Tropical Smoothie Cafe

Was drinking my smoothie when I sucked up a HAIR. 🤢 We poured it into a bowl and found several more. GROSS!!!!!

We walked in there was a girl mopping the entire floor (both entrances) an hour before they closed and there were hardly any caution signs, along with that we waited 5 whole minutes before being greeted and our order was taken. Not a friendly atmosphere, and then a girl walked in wearing a “Taziki’s” shirt and walked to the back…. Not sure if she even works there.

Ordered smoothie and chia bowl through Door Dash. Only the smoothie was delivered. Restaurant not answering phone. Dasher states she was given only the smoothie.

I’ve only been to this location a handful of times, but every time something is wrong. Today my flatbread was missing ingredients, and my smoothie tasted bland. I had to go back home and add stuff to it so it would taste edible. I shouldn’t have to remake my own smoothie I pay for.

Upon walking in the floor was soaking wet with 1 wet floor sign. Why are you mopping the ENTIRE STORE during business hours?! I see the employee on her phone and she turns her back as im walking up to the counter. She then pretended to straighten the chips as if she didn't notice I walked up. The sweet lady that's the manager greeted me over the blender. I stopped coming for months because the smoothie quality had declined tremendously. Unprofessional another reason why I won't come back. I miss the sweet girls that use to work the morning shift. 😩 And the music was blasting loud as always!!!

I love tropical smoothie cafe and tried the one in midtown I ask for a hummus veggie wrap a certain way and recieved a bean burrito instead. Tgere was hardly any hummus. I was disappointed because it was during my work break and didn't realized until it was too late

My smoothie was good, but it was only about 80% full when I got it. This is not the first time that has occurred.

I have always been a huge fan of Tropical smoothie. This is by far the worst location I’ve ever been to. I drove an hour to get to this location because I was craving the food, and I got there 25 minutes before they closed. They refused to serve me food because they were “closing in 25 minutes.” Unbelievable. Also the music is WAY too loud for that environment. You have to talk loudly to hear the person sitting across the table from you.

It was a hot day and I decided to try something new so I went to tropical smoothie let me tell you it was so good and tasty o would definitely recommend and I would go again

Poor service. Waited over 30 minutes for my one smoothie while everyone before and after me was served. Cashier was rude.

Big #Vegetarian ‼️ The service was good the food was TERRIBLE(presentation was also terrible) the box was filthy with food residue all over it ?. I had to clean the box off before opening it. Anywho I had to get out of the drive-thru to come in 3 times!. First time to get a cookie that I could not get in the Drive-Thru. 2nd to get a refund the 3rd time to also (get a refund) but the manager (who seemed very nonchalant by the way) convinced me to allow her to REMAKE the quesadilla instead of giving me a refund like I asked!. I do not like asking people to remake something they should have made correctly the 1st time. Anywho I allowed her to remake it( I DO APPRECIATE HER FOR THAT) but it's still ended up in the TRASH because I was afraid to even eat it at this point!. So in other words I WASTED $18 only to eat a bag of chips with six WHOLE chips in the bag?. I was highly DISAPPOINTED! TBH this is not the 1st time that I've had this kind of service from tropical Cafe. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt but as ALWAYS an epic FAIL! I APPRECIATE THE CASHIER FOR BEING POLITE. THAT WAS ABOUT THE ONLY GOOD THING THAT I HAD ACCORDING TO THIS VISIT!

Nasty work making me get out the car in heavy rain for an online order that’s already paid for. How hard is it to just hand the food out of the window.?

I love tropical smoothie, don't get me wrong...what I don't love is not getting my order for no good reason. I doordashed a buffalo wrap and a smoothie. I got the wrap and when I asked about the smoothie he said they flat-out refused to give it to him. It was on my screen AND his that I ordered it and paid for it so there was no valid reason for it to be refused. I just want my smoothie, man.

They NEVER open up on time
It’s always 15-20 min after. I come to this one because I have to go to work early
